Outstanding repair that saved me thousands of dollars. Rather than remove and replaced, I was pleasantly surprised that the existing broken slab could be elevated back up to the original position, then a simple resurfacing could then be done. My issue was rain water that I have now mitigated. The cool thing was that a brick retaining wall sitting on top of the broken slab also elevate to its original position, Simple mortar work will make it all perfect. These guys are legit. Hats off to Levi Woods who came out to see the need, then provide some education of the AFS process and ultimately an estimate, as well as Matthew Martin and Parris Houchins who did the repair. Outstanding young men, all. I will ask them to return for a couple smaller driveway slab repairs. Most strongly recommended! Dave O.

David came from to my home in Kentucky 2 hours away to conduct a inspection and estimate for waterproofing my basement. David was ontime for the predetermined appointment and was completely professional in his inspection while being personable and informative. His explanation of the services to be completed as well as the associated costs answered all questions I had. This young man was open and honest about the entire process and represented the company and himself in the highest possible way. Iâ d do business with David and AFS again.

All the people that worked with me were very professional , kind and considerate. James Johnson , Caleb , Brian all explained everything they were doing in terms that I could understand. Hershal and Alex worked extra hard by staying busy completing the daily tasks. Alex even got on his knees and cleaned my porch! All of these men set examples for the young men today by having excellent work ethics. These men treated me like part of their family. I appreciate all that they did.

Great job in extreme conditions, all three men Ken, Eldon and Bradon were very professional, polite and very hard workers. They did the Job in a timely manner, very well and when they were done delivered a very professional overview with pictures in a step by step manner and when they were done they did a complete clean up of the job site. I would not hesitate to use them on my home again and recommend them if anyone else is looking for a company to do this type of work.

Josh, Ace, and Adam did a great job installing a sump pump system in our crawl space. Our salesman, however, gave us misleading information about the financing option with installment loans through a bank. We were given a 6 month introductory period with a lower interest rate. What we were not told is that the introductory period started the day we filled out the application. The application was filled out in April, but AFS did not install the equipment until June. Our first billing for the loan was dated July with an August payment due date. We have lost out on the introductory period special and no one cares. I have called the salesman, and AFS and have not received the promised return phone call from AFS. If you ever have a salesman at your kitchen table filling out an online application, make sure you read the really small print and fully understand what you are signing.

We contacted several companies concerning dampness in our crawl space and a sag in our floor. AFS clearly provided the most professional response. Ryan Haley did an exceptional job selling the services that would address the problem rather than pushing something we didn't need. He measured, explained and was upfront about every detail. We could not have been more confident in selecting AFS. On the day the job started, Josh and Adam called to give us an E.T.A. and then promptly arrived to start the work. On day one, they cleared out the crawlspace, removed the debris and neatly stacked excess bricks we wanted to save. They kept us informed and showed us what needed to be seen, generously taking the time to answer any questions. These two guys are military vets, professional and hard-working. You couldn't ask for a better team. On day two, Brian joined Josh and Adam to complete the encapsulation, install a floor support beam and a dehumidifier system. These three were under the house all day until they completed the job! At the end of the day, they showed us the finished work, answered any questions, and didn't leave until they were sure we were completely satisfied. I even checked the yard expecting to find little bits of debris and they left our yard better than when they arrived. Both Josh and Ryan called to follow up after the work was completed -- so professional! Our experience was truly exceptional and five star plus. My next door neighbor is interested in seeing the work they did and I will definitely recommend AFS.

Adam, Braden, and Victor were quick, considerate, and relatively quiet which I much appreciated with my overnight work schedule. They made sure not to damage any landscaping not impacted by the work needed and preserved the plants requested that were in the way. Over all very pleased with the interaction.

My initial interview with Wade Siler, the AFS project consultant, was highly informative and thorough. Mr. Siler was professional, well informed and very friendly. My experience with the installation team, Jose Lazaro and Javier Campos, was exceptional. I highly recommend Jose and Javier for their skill, competence, care and great communication in answering all of my questions as the job progressed. I was also impressed with the AFS dispatch personnel who kept me informed throughout the job.
