Only in sign up stage but Corey Fortner was extremely thorough in his checking the house inside & out. Very patient in explaining the problem and the solutions to wife & I. Did not mind questions. Off to excellent start!!

Darian and his crew, Jackson J, Tannar G, Jackson M and Micha P went out of their way to do an excellent job for us. They were in a pretty hostile environment in our crawlspace, rats, snakes black mold etc. In four days you could have a picnic in the area they worked! Awesome job guys!!

Joshua Moore and Jamie Mahan completed work today on waterproofing our home. They were very professional and friendly. They worked tirelessly in this heat. I was kept informed about each step and pictures were shown. I was asked multiple times if I had questions or concerns. They were friendly and so helpful. The actual project has not been done yet. However, I would like to commend Corey for his time and professionalism. He came to assess the situation with my front steps which are sinking. He thoroughly explained what had to be done to correct the problem. I am looking forward to the final repairs in August.

Wade Siler was excellent. Took his time to actually crawl around in my crawl spaces and look everything over and drew up detailed plans and precise estimates with a clear explanation of the steps throughout the process!

This company was very organized from estimate to installation. The men they sent to complete the job: Caleb Haywood, Christian Garcia and Noah Jones were AWESOME. They worked on our job for a long time and they were professional from the minute they got here to the minute they left. They encapsulated our crawl space and it looks so so good. They cleaned up the yard and everything so well there was not even a tiny piece of material left. We would recommend the company and these installers to anyone which is rare anymore! They raised my settling foundation joists, so doors closed smoothly and small fissures closed and sealed. They also enclosed my crawl space with a very professional and attractive vapor lock enclosure, installed a sump pump and dehumidifier. I would hire AFS again. AFS technicians Austin, Tyler and Bennie did an excellent job encapsulating my crawlspace. I could be happier with the service.

We hired AFS to work on a pretty rough crawl space and they did a wonderful job. First off Jake, went out on a moments notice when we were buying the place and had to have a quote quickly during the inspection period. Then the nice office staff got us scheduled in a timely manner after the home owners moved out. For 2 days Chris, Richard and Gil worked long days to get the crawlspace in shape. They removed the nasty insulation, sandblasted, treated the floor joists, installed a new support pole, encapsulated the crawlspace, installed a dehumidifier and sealed up the exterior giant holes with some nice doors! Chris was in contact with me every step of the way asking if I had any questions, gave me updates, and sent me pics. They even stored some amazon packages in the garage for me so they wouldn't be left out for someone to take or get rained on!! Also, big shout out to Jesse and Micah for coming out to help with the project on the second day so it could be finished in their 2 day time allotment. They didn't leave till late and I know it was super dark out there. Yay for a great company and great employees, because your company is only as good as the employees who make it all happen! I would definitely hire AFS again!
