Hats off to Blake, Arnold, Yoni and team leader Ricardo for doing an awesome job installing our perimeter drain system, sub pumps, and wall moisture barrier. They were knowledgeable, talented, and professional. They showed up on time every day and kept us in the communication loop. Looking forward to having a dry basement in the 50 year old house that we bought last summer. Our sales consultant, Rob L., was also a wealth of information and helped us find an affordable solution to our water issue. We definitely would recommend the Huntsville office of AFS to others!

Our technician, Zach Graham, was very knowledgeable and was thorough in explaining what was causing our issue and he made sure we understood what needed to be done to fix it. We never felt rushed and he answered all our questions. He has continued to follow up with us as we have been getting work done to resolve the issue. We are very pleased.

Great installation job! Oscar, Rogelio and Everado all were very hard working and focused. They made sure that we knew what was happening all through the project. AFS is fortunate to have such terrific employees.

ive never been so disappointed in a company as I am in AFS. We were having problems underneath our house and they investigated and also sold us the encapsulation. Fast forward 2 months to the installation day, and they advise us they cannot fix our initial issue, they can just do the encapsulation. After multiple tries to reach out and get this resolved, they wonâ t return our calls. it has been almost a year now. So disappointing. Be very careful when working with this company.

Will was very helpful by coming by after hours to help not only choose our gutters, but also help set up financing. 10/10 customer service.

Gerard, James and Brandon were on time, courteous and worked extremely hard. Tim in sales was very prompt with returning phone calls and providing information.

Great service that these guys performed. First, Reid came out and inspected my carport and gave me a quote. I was very surprised at the cost as I was expecting twice as much. Before the dayâ s end he called and gave me a date and time for the repair. Then on the date of repair, Josh and Jeremy arrived at the time we agreed upon. The two young men were fantastic. They immediately got to work after going over what they were about to do. They never let up and in a few hours, they completed the job. My carport now has the look and feel as if it was brand new. Kudos to all three of you guys.

Cory and Riley were prompt, professional, efficient and had a customer first attitude. Very pleased with the installation procedure.

Josh and Jeremy Were professionals from the beginning. They worked diligently and when I had a question they answered it very professionally. I would have them come back and work on my house again.

AFS did a full craw space encapsulation and house leveling project for us and they did an amazing job in half the scheduled time! Jackson, Micah, and David are an amazing team and we couldn't be more pleased.

The 3 employees, Tyler, Taylor, and Aldo did a very good job completing the encapsulation process in the crawl space of our home. They worked very hard and didnâ t even take a lunch break. I felt really bad about that. The Project lead on the team was Tyler Samples and he was really good. Very good communication to the customer.

AFS came in and did a drainage system and wall seal in our furnished basement and garage. They were great, respectful to us & our belongings. Finished the entire setup, system installation and clean up in 8hrs. Jackson J, Micah and Jackson M we're wonderful, they were professional, courteous and worked continuously while here. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Lee at the main office was diligent with following up with us & getting answers for any questions we had. Jacob W did our consult and handled our sales contract, not only did he come initially for an assessment but we asked him to come out again to discuss further details and he was here the same day. They were able to schedule us 5 days later. We were very happy overall.

While expensive unfortunately it had to be done. Not that they are any more costly than other companies but it did seem like quite a hefty price for about 3 hours worth of work at over $1,000+ dollars per hour. Well aware of the type of cost that goes into equipment, materials, etc. but still seems a bit overpriced. All that being said, everyone from Steve that explained everything & set it up to Spencer, Oscar & Phillip that performed the job with great care & expertise to Adam with a follow-up visit on the same afternoon to make sure all was good, the team did exactly what I asked that had to be done bring our concrete aggregate front porch steps back to their original position from having settled about 5-6 inches and unlevel!! Would use them again if I had other issues that needed repair with regards to foundation/structural repair.

Their crew, Adam M., Selvin and Levy were very professional, knowledgeable and kept us well informed throughout the entire process. Excellent clean up job at the end of the project.

Good sales information. . Seem to use best materials. I signed up to install a French drain, sump pump, 5 support beams, full encapsulation and insulation. They had an amazing attitude and came with smiles and professionalism. Making a tough job seem easy. I expected them to be there for a week at least. It took them 3 days. They were knowledgeable and professionalâ ¦. Project manager on sightâ ¦. He/ they Communicated very well through the process. I enjoyed hearing their funny and positive banter as they were working under the house. customer satisfaction is something they take seriously and they strive for a five star rating. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you Shawn Evan and cyrus.

Mike Truelove, Brady Webster, Josh Patterson did an excellent job. They were all professional, they answered all my questions. I recommend these guys from AFS to everyone.

Excellent experience with AFS Foundation & Waterproofing in Huntsville! Christian Sanchez, Charles Freeman, Jaime Mahan, and Riley were professional and kind. The man that came out to give us a quote was also professional and kind (so sorry I didn't get his name). Thank you for making us feel better about purchasing this house. The first thing we did was waterproof the crawlspace.

The crew led by Tim , with the support of John (co-foreman) and Justin did a great job. They knowledgeable, helpful and explain why and what they were doing. They showed up when the said they would, cleaned up the area and even showed me pictures of the work before they exited the job. Weâ ll done - youâ ve got a fan now and Iâ m going to tell everyone how good this team and AFS is.
