The entire process was very easy and an overall excellent experience.  Handling the scheduling and doing the paper work prior to the inspection was very easy as well.  Dave arrived on time and was prepared and ready for the inspection.  While very professional he is also personable and was easy to talk to during the inspection.  At no time did he ever talk down to me or make me feel uncomfortable.  He had all the necessary equipment and in now way cut corners or just guessed at anything.  He took his time and was very thorough in his inspection of the home.  I felt that he understood the importance of the inspection to us and that he was truly going to do his best for the customer (me).  Once the inspection was finished we had the report that evening.  The report was easy to read and understand and he included good quality pictures to support issues mentioned in the report.  The report was very useful for us in negotiating an offer on our new home.

Anyone needing an inspection would do well to call Total Home Inspection.  Working with Dave made this the easiest and most painless part of the home buying process.  I was comfortable working with Dave from the very beginning and it was good knowing that I had no doubts or concerns over the inspection or the final report and was able to focus my attention on other matters.

He was just great! I hired him to inspect my home in Alabama while I was living in Boston. I needed him to come out a second time, which he did at no additional charge. I can still call him with questions regarding maintenance on my home and he advises what action I should take. I would recommend him to anyone needing a home inspector.
