Came quickly and fixed the ice maker!

Jerome is great and such a nice guy! He went above and beyond to fix our dryer. I will definitely be calling on him again.

My dryer stopped heating and I texted Jerome and within minutes his son called me back and said he could come the same day (other companies were a week out). This was crucial with children and company coming in town to have a working dryer. He kept me posted throughout the day with his eta and Arrived after 6 pm and finished after 7:00 on a Friday night. We really appreciated that he still came that late on a Friday. He was very polite, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem and was able to fix it. We will definitely be calling this company for all our appliance repair needs! I’ve already given his number to all of my friends!

I highly recommend this company. I called in the morning and they were able to come that afternoon. They took care of my refrigerator leak, cleaned the dryer duct and fixed one of the burners on my stove. I found Jerome and his son to be very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. The cost for these three fixes and the time it took was reasonable. He even took the time to answer a question and give advise about another appliance.

Great experience! I called Jerome one morning, he was there at noon, and finished by 1:30! Other companies I called couldn't even provide estimate until later in the week. Jerome was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely call him again!

We had a grease fire in our gas oven. We found Jerome on Home Advisor, he called us within about 14 minutes and came to check our oven within 2 hours of the call. He was courteous, and efficient. He checked the oven out, gave advise on prevention of future possible problems and was on his way to his next call. I would HIGHLY recommend Jerome and Magnolia Appliance Service. I would use again!

Jerome was courteous and answered my questions. It would cost more to fix my Maytag than I paid for it 7 years ago. I elected to replace the appliance. I would use them again. He worked me in when a cancellation came open.

I called Jerome around 9:30 in the morning to see when he could repair my fridge which had stopped cooling and was making a noise. He was on his way to another call in the opposite part of town and said he would call me when he was heading my way later that afternoon. He called and arrived around 3:30, checked the fridge,explained what was wrong , and gave me a price. I accepted and he said he would get a new motor and return as soon as possible. He returned later that evening and made the repairs. Jerome is a very nice and personable man. I have put his number in my phone in the event that i should ever need his services again. Jerome showed up for the job on time. He was very prepared to fix my dishwasher, but unfortunately, the damage was too great and the dishwasher has to be replaced. He went above and beyond to give me fair advice. The customer service of Magnolia Appliance was excellent. Jerome was so easy to get in touch with me and responded to my phone calls quickly. I will definitely call him back for my next repair!

Upper frig stopped cooling saturday evening before Easter. Jerome came to our home the next day and determined the problem. My usual repair guy said he could not come till monday. I now have a NEW repair person! Jerome order the part monday morning and had all working by that afternoon. ** Said he would be there at 4:00, and he was there exactly at 4:00 ** I was impressed.
