"The reason we asked you over the phone if you had tried certain things was because what you where describing was going on can usually be fixed by the consumer with a little advice from someone who deals with this problem frequently. We WERE trying to save you from paying to have your problem fixed. Our technician said she cleaned your coils for you, turned your water on, made sure your icemaker was on and also flushed your water dispensing system (which fixed your problem) all of which we where happy to do. As with most people assessments of situations are always being made regardless of spoken words and there were no other problems with your refrigerator. Most companies would have charged you at least a service call and probably a half hours labor to do the same service you received, therefore resulting in a charge comperable to what you were charged through Angie's List."
