They're really nice guys and they do a good job. They're not really expensive and they're friendly. Some of the dogs have trouble. They have glands down by the rectum. If you have ever seen a dog dragging his butt, that means his anal glands are full. They need to be expressed. They stick their finger up at the dog's behind and squeeze the gland and it comes out. He does a really good job and he's really nice to the animals and he likes them. My experience is great. They're knowledgeable when they talk to you. He's trying to teach me how to do it but Oliver's are so deep. I just can't do them. He's just a nice man. He tells you what you need. He doesn't do stuff that doesn't need to be done. They're okay. Price is good. They are really good about getting you in if you need to be seen. Punctuality is good.

They are fantastic. We wouldn't use anybody else.

Dr. Crouch and Dr. Gault are the best. They always take the time to explain what is going on in times of illness or injury to one of our dogs. Two of our dogs developed major medical problems and both times they referred us to specialists who took the best care of our pets - even setting up the appointments for us. When we had to have one of them put to sleep unexpectedly they treated us as family, allowing my son and I to stay with our dog in a separate room until my husband could arrive and we could all say goodbye together. Although we put them behind scheduled for the rest of the day they never once made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a geniune, honest, hardworking local vet.
