They were excellent in everything. They were so good and tried so hard. They told me everything I could possibly want to know about the problem. Being a rental house, I'm never there and they performed the service I needed.

Roger and Gary were awesome. They showed up earlier than expected and did the work in a quick and efficient manner. I couldn't be happier with the service that was provided. I would hire them again without a second thought.

Julian and Chris showed up on time and were extremely personable!  I showed them where the problem was and they got right to work.  Within 20 minutes they had the waterline exposed and brought me out to see the problem.  Julian asked how old the house was and based on this he commented that a regulator is generally good for 5 to 10 years and gave me the option to replace it while they were in there.  I gave him the go ahead to replace it.  They fixed the leak and replaced the regulator and covered everything back up and were on their way!  It was a great experience!!  I was thrilled with the price as I had visions of backhoes, and cost over $1,000 since I realized I had a problem!  I would definitely use them again!  I also want to put in a good word for Nancy - the very personable and helpful lady who works in the office.  She kept me informed on times, etc.  Excellent customer service!!  

Our toilet was leaking and I couldn't repair it, so we called them. They charged us an hour of labor to tell us they couldn't fix it, and sold me a new toilet. The way I understood it, they wouldn't charge me all over again if we got the new toilet today. They did charge us another hour for the toilet install. OK, I accepted the blame here, simple miscommunication and I paid them for the job they did. The reason for the bad review is that they grouted my white toilet in a light tan bathroom with black grout, promising me it would dry light. It didn't, and it looks terrible. A couple weeks later when I tried to shut the toilet water off, I noticed they also damaged my toilet shut off valve coming from the wall. It no longer turns off, and I'm sure it did before they came since I had just attempted the repair myself. For almost $500 I expect better than this.
Update: After posting here, they called and came and fixed the grout.  They replaced it with white grout that looks much better for no charge. They said I would've had to pay for the shut off valve, so I did not replace that.  For their fix, I have updated my ratings to much higher scores, except price, which was still pretty steep.  I guess that is just the cost of a plumber!

They were great.  I've used them several times.  They replaced my water heater before.  They were professional and cleaned up after themselves and I would certainly use them again.  The prices were reasonable.

I've used George several times in the past. Previous jobs included replacing a water heater, troubleshooting shower fixture problems, and replacing a pressure regulator valve. They've always been responsive, straightforward, professional, and relatively reasonably priced.

Our kitchen sink/disposal clogged on Sunday. Called George Monday at 8:00 AM and they had someone there by 10:00 AM. They discovered that one of our (65 year old) cast iron sewer drain lines was also stopped up, had cracked and was slowly leaking. After some investigating, they decided that rather than patch the problem, they should replace a good portion of the old steel

pipe (18 feet worth) with PVC. Boyce and his assistant were efficient and left the crawl space as clean as possible.

Our two technicians were on time, polite and explained everything they were doing. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with all of their work. The people I spoke with on the phone were helpful and polite, as well. I would completely recommend George Plumbing, without hesitation.

Good - he was on time, very nice.  He ensured that all the mess was cleaned up.  He explained the process and detailed the pricing.

I called Monday afternoon and told it may be Wednesday before they could come because they were booked elsewhere, nice lady in office said she would try to work us in Tuesday and they did- which is great because my house was reeeeally stinky. The guys called about 30 minutes out, and arrived on time. They were clean (didn't create/leave a mess, and they wore booties over their shoes), and professional and completed the job in timely manner. I would use them again and recommend to friends/family!

It went fairly well, I wish they would have advised not to do it with the ground so wet since it left a muddy mess.  However I was pushy with a time frame, so they were just following as I had requested.  While the ground was dug up it was recommended to replace the clay septic line from the house to the tank which was a good suggestion.

It went smoothly. Both technicians were professional and polite, answered questions I had about the job. The price was competitive compared to other quotes that received.

From the booking , to completion, I had a very good experience. They called when they were approx. 30 minutes out and almost to the second were at the door. Covered shoes to keep house clean, very pleasant , worked very well as a team, very courteous. I would highly recommend this company and its technicians, and will most definitely call upon George Plumbing again if the need arises.

Telephoned George Plumbing on Friday morning and scheduled appointment. Service technicians arrived same day and at time specified. Both plumbers (Jimmy and Josh) were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Accessed situation and worked expeditiously to resolve the problem in about an hour and a half. Answered all my questions and were very courteous. First time to use George Plumbing and will highly recommend to others in need of plumbing services.

Two plumbers came and discussed our options as the hydrant was so close to the concrete it was nearly impossible to hook up our hose, also it was leaking badly. Anyway, they suggested moving the hydrant at an angle rather than the more extensive option of moving it up on the brick. I went with the first and cheaper option and it works great now. Also, Boyce explained to me how to work the sprinklers we thought didn't work! Very happy with the work performed and the advice on the sprinkler system. I don't think they are expensive at all- especially since they get the job done quickly and efficiently. I will hire them for any plumbing needs we have with no hesitation.

The workers were very polite and got the job done in a timely manner. The worst job was probably going under the crawlspace to replace the leaky outside faucet- they did that quickly and with a smile! I am very happy with all that they did and especially that they got so much done in a short amount of time.
