When I called about buying a new TV and told the salesman I was elderly and couldn't get to the store to see them, he was very nice and offered to send one out so I could see it. They sent one right out and as it was what I wanted, I bought it and the delivery men set it up for me with the cable box and the DVD player and adjusted the cabinet around the TV. They said if it stopped working, they would come out and fix it or bring me a new one. 5 months later, it quit working and I called them and the lady said she would send someone out that day. I spoke with a repairman and he said he would come out that afternoon. No one came and I called back and was told that they would send someone out before the end of the week. They finally sent someone Saturday. The repairman was very nice and fixed the TV to my satisfaction. I might buy from them again, but since they are about 25 miles away from my house, I might not.
Description of Work: Delivered new TV and set it up and 5 months later when the TV stopped working, they came out and fixed it.
