+ -1 moreThis is quite simply the most unreliable and unprofessional company that I have ever had to deal with. Take your business to someone who will actually care. I had a home loan that was closed with Alliance and the loan included money for adding a fence line. The contractor came out and did a fantastic job in 2 days. It took Alliance 10 months to pay the contractor for his work. They even charged the contractor 35 dollars for cancelling the first check that they never sent to him. This was after multiple calls from the contractor and I explaining that he had not been paid yet. Please do yourself a favor and do not deal with this company at all. You will be better off in the long run.
