I am an absentee home owner and had a problem with the central heating unit turning on. Not familiar with any local services (after checking the yellow pages) so I turned to Angie's list (at the suggestion of my wife, so I signed up) and read several reviews. Woodall's had the very best reviews and service response times. I called Woodall's at 9:00am and by 9:30am a service person (Jason) was at the home making the repairs.
Thank you Jason for being very prompt and professional in taking care of my system. Living in another state the company was more than happy to take care of my needs and send me bill for services. Thank you Woodall's and Angie's List you are now our go to companies for all services.

I called Woodall's office to report that I had a problem with my downstairs heat pump. The receptionist was very friendly, very helpful and connected me to the service department. People in the service department listened to what I had to say and said that within the hour they would be out to take care of the problem. The technician who came to repair my unit was very prompt he properly identified himself and was very polite. He wasted no time setting about diagnosing the problem and quickly found fault and completed the repairs within 30 minutes. After ensuring that the unit was properly cooling he closed everything up and was on his way. I do not believe that I have ever had a more professional technician/repair man perform services to any of my systems or appliances.

They have also helped my mother after another company botched up her air conditioning. Mr. Woodall himself came out to my mother's. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He is very personable, trustworthy, and communicates well.

The quality of their work and the products they used were very good. They used top name brand air conditioning systems. The system is much cooler. I liked the work that they did. They did not cut any corners. They installed it the right way.

This was a unit that had been moved from another property about a year ago. Woodall's patched it temporarily and suggested a new unit. Owner will decide which unit to replace

I have no problem with work performed. One must be aware that when Woodalls comes to your home you will be presented with other services to buy. This was annoying after services were performed as I had other service people there to work on house and could not get the Woodall's technician to wrap things up due to the and quot;pitchand quot;.
Was charged $43/pound for R22 and two other places quoted me ( after the fact, shame on me) $30/pound.
Again no problem with services rendered, just annoying to get a hard sell when I just want my a/c looked at.

I called for a repair order and gave all my information; Al returned my call and arranged for a repair visit. He inspected the door and told me that he had the parts required on the truck and got started immediately. Al completed the repair quickly, and answered all my questions related to maintaining the door mechanism. It was a relief to have this repair done quickly and professionally at a fair price.

Inside a/c unit would not come one. Unit is 12 yrs old, I was afraid of a very expensive bill. I called Woodall, they gave me a time, came out, and it turned out to be a couple of parts totaling $60. The rest of the bill was for a very thorough cleaning he gave the fan and motor which looked like the previous owners had never had done. He was professional, courteous, on time and I was pleased with the price. My unit is running better than ever!

We called and had a sales proffesional come to our house and do an estimate pretty quickly (within 24 hours). A new system was recommended and priced out. We were sold a split type heat pump (heat and A/C) for about 1500 less than retail, so we were pretty happy about that. It took about 4 days to get the installers to our house, but once they arrived the were professional and let me watch and ask questions through the entire installation. All lines and cables were replaced as well as the circuit breakers in the house. Total install time was about 4 hours. There was a service manager who showed up at the end of the installation and double checked everything. We were pretty happy with the install. The outside unit required that a few paving bricks be removed and some digging done. Once the new unit went in, the installer did a great job of replacing the paving stones and cleaning the area up. After the job was complete and the unit was pushing out clean cool air, they left without any charges. 3 days later another service tech came out and checked the entire system again for any deficiencies or leaks. Only when that was done were we required to pay for the install. Overall, we are very happy with the install, professionalism of the crews and techs. I would recommend this company again for friends and neighbors.

I was impressed that within 20 minutes of my initial call there was a technician here. He found the problem and fixed it quickly and although technically he was here for more than 30 minutes but less than 60 he still only charged me for 1/2 hour labor.

Outstanding service! Called the comapny, made an appointment, specified times I was available. They did show up at last minute but it is summer and I understand some jobs take longer than others. Young man named Jason A. was my service person. Told him the story of past experiences with another company in town and a breif synopsis of the problem I was having. We both agreed it was a freon leak and he went right to work looking for it. The young man was very thorough and determined to find the problem. He serviced my system, checked temps, and eventually found the leak by dismantling the outside unit. Something a prior used company had failed to do 3 times. I was impressed with the professionalism of Jason and his attention to detail. I will definetly use this company again.
