Don and I corresponded by email to set up the appointment date. We were having a problem with banging pipes under the house when we ran the dishwasher. He showed up promptly at the appointment time. We talked for a few minutes. He told me it could be several items which could cause the problem and he wanted to eliminate the simplest ones first. He checked the exterior water regulator and it was working properly. He installed the water hammer arrester and it functioned perfectly. It is so nice not to have that clanging and banging to listen to when the dishwasher is running. He is tops in our opinions. He is also friendly and personable and kind.

Don was the pro plumber. He was very professional, knew exactly what my problem was, answered my questions, & completed work like it was no challenge. Thanks Don.

I explained my problem to Don. He advised me on a possible solution. Although, it didn't work, I was so impressed that he would offer me a solution without charging me. After that, I knew that if the solution didn't work, I would be calling him because of his honesty and genuine concern to save me money. When I did call, I told him I had limited time for appointment because of work. We set up an appointment. He can out fifteen minutes earlier which was perfect for me. Because of this I was able to get to work on time. I greatly appreciated this. He resolved the issue in about ten minutes. I think the cost was reasonable. I would and have already recommended him.

Could not be happier! I reached out on HomeAdvisor this morning after the plumber I had previously used failed to show and this was already a rescheduled. I contacted Stark Services and talked with the owner. He was able to work me into his schedule. I thought that fixing this broken pipe was going to mean cutting a hole in my wall or taking out my hot water heater. Neither were required and it took less than an hour. Fair price. Excellent work. Very accommodating. This is my new "go to" company for plumbing services.

I thought I needed a new water heater and asked Mr. Stark for an estimate to compare to another estimate. He found a problem that might be causing the water to not be hot enough and fixed it so we might not need a new water heater at all. He said that our water heater is fine and to give it a few days to see if the problem clears up. He has not charged me a fee at this point, but I want to pay for a service call anyway. It is possible that he saved me a lot of money. I was impressed with him. He is now my first choice plumber. I recommend him highly because he was very thorough.

Fast efficient fair no charge for estimate had paid Lowe's for a estimate while waiting on call back from them stark return my call and came to my property made a fair estimate and I had yet to get contact from lowes installer it was a no Brainer went with stark glad I did
