Her response was that she was leaving the messages on Mr. Bobby Jackson's desk and she couldn't do anything about it if he didn't call back. She said perhaps I should get another company to help me. MY COMMENTS ON THIS EXPERIENCE: Mr. Jackson did a good job when he arrived and the charge was reasonable. BUT, the fact that the receptionist and company made NO EFFORT WHATSOEVER to contact me as to the status of finishing the job, even to say they could not do the job, indicates there's a HUGE customer service problem, unless I was singled out for NON-RESPONSE. I felt that the receptionist was the obstacle. I don't know if the man was too busy, or if the receptionist did not let him know I called. In any case, NON-RESPONSE is NOT the way to treat customers, and I would be embarrassed to have that kind of track record. As of 12-05-09, the installations have been completed and resolved by Mr. Jackson. He has not billed me for the 2nd trip. I don’t know if my comments on here are the reason that he called back or not. I would use them again, but it's just the getting a response from them that is difficult.
