The dryer failed again a few days later. After many phone calls (none of which were returned) he then said he was waiting one afternoon for a part that he had ordered and that it should be in today or tomorrow morning. That was almost a week ago, and judging by his interest in completing the job I will probably never hear from him again. He also said something that bothered me when we called him back. He said, "sometimes working on these high end machines is way over my head". Future consumers need to know that Bell's Wiregrass has no problem collecting a trip fee and THEN and only then telling you he doen't know what he is doing......
Description of Work: Bell's Wiregrass (Randy Bell) charged me $ 150 dollars to "repair" a high end 2008 model Samsung dryer. He claimed that the dryer vent was plugged and after he cleaned it out that the dryer should have no more problems and if it did he would be happy to come back out under the same trip fee. (parts and labor excluded)
