"It was a pleasure to work for you. I look forward to working for you more in the future. Thanks!!!!"
"No excuses here. This is not the way we do business. I am completely sorry for your unfortunate experience. Please contact me personally to discuss this situation. Upon my investigation, I have learned that the tree that needed to be removed had serious decay and could not be climbed safely. It is our policy and that of the ANSI and ISA that dead or seriously decayed trees are not to be climbed. In this situation, a boom truck could not get to the tree, and neither could a crane. Both my supervisor and climber felt it was unsafe to climb this tree. There are many others willing to take high risks at the chance to make a buck; but our company policy will not allow for it. Had we worked for this client, he/she would have been extremely pleased with our work and rated accordingly. I regret we had the communication breakdown as someone should have contacted the homeowner to further discuss our concerns and decision to not bid the job. We are currently in the process of implementing new software that helps track jobs so we can eliminate the rare occurrence of things "falling through the cracks." Please understand this person's experience is not the norm, it is not the way we do business, and it is certainly not the reputation we wish to have. I am professional and strive to provide professional services to my clients. Please call today to see for yourself. (251) 367-8733"
"Thanks for your business and the rating. We look forward to doing more work for you in the future."
