The Dream Team from APlus Cleaning and Restoration finished this week with mold removal from my attic. It takes many adjectives to describe the work this crew does: professional, friendly, knowledgeable, outstanding, exceptional, efficient and fantastic, just to name a few. Kevin explained the procedure so that I could understand what as needed, checked in often, and worked with the insurance company on my claim.Steve, Cody and Dave, three very hard workers had the unenviable task of removing and disposing of all the insulation. Paula, cleaner extraordinaire, did an outstanding job of cleaning after the work was completed. This team could actually teach other companies how customer service should be done. They have my highest recommendation.

Kevin and his crew (Cody, Steve) did a fantastic job in our attic. Kevin went to great lengths to explain what he was doing, how he was doing it and results. His crew was courteous and very respectful of us and our house. Kevin also has been working with my insurance company on my claim. Overall experience with them is out of this world good. I recommend his company.

Kevin and his crew were wonderful to work with . They saved house I was closing . I I hired them when my water heater flooded my basement. Not only were they were professional, and worked so hard . Kevin help write my insurance claim which was very complicated for me . If you want someone who is fast , works hard then kevin is the best , I will never use another company.

They did an excellent job from start to finish. Had mold in crawl space they cleaned and put down moisture barrier. Kevin was extremely nice and very helpful. The ladies that came and cleaned as the guys was finishing up also did an outstanding job. I don't have any complaints about this company and would recommend their work as 100% to anybody

APlus Restoration and Cleaning did an outstanding job identifying and removing the mold in our bathroom and crawlspace. From start to finish Kevin was so helpful and easy to work with. On his initial consult he measured mold in the house and evaluated the mold in the crawlspace. He explained the volume of the mold, what needed to be done, what likely caused the issue, and their procedures for eliminating the mold, restoring our bathroom and crawlspace, and eliminating future problems. He even recommended a plumber nearby, who promptly responded, identified the leak, and corrected the problem. Once that was completed, Kevin's crew came in and got busy. Steve and Cody were efficient and hard-working, always polite and caring and explained each step they were taking. Kevin was also involved in the process, consistently stopping by or checking in with us to see how things were going. Yolanda came in to clean the bathroom once the sheet rock had been repaired and the bathroom work was finished. WOW! What a FANTASTIC job she did, going above and beyond what was required!! It's this kind of attitude that defines APlus Cleaning and Restoration. I can't say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them!! They are outstanding! The work was done with the least possible inconvenience for us. They remediated the mold in the crawl space and bathroom, applied plastic covering the floor and wrapped insulation on ductwork in the crawlspace, and re-tested to be certain the mold was gone. Every person from the company that came to our house was phenomenal!

From the first contact with this company, I was impressed! I wasnâ t sure what was going on with my property and when I explained in laymenâ s terms what I â thoughtâ was going on, they IMMEDIATELY knew what the problem could be and got me scheduled super fast. I live in a different state than my property but it was like I was physically there because Kevin and his staff kept me abreast of what was going on consistently. Kevin explained everything in a language I could understand. He gave me a time frame that the job could be completed and he stayed well within that time frame and given the demand for these services, he completed the job way under the time he had set. There are no hidden costs or red tape with this company. Kevin is straightforward and very honest with his pricing and his services. And the clean up afterwards was simply outstanding! We hired this company to do a mold/mildew inspection of a home. Once the appointment was set, they were timely and stayed in communication. After arriving at the home they were excellent at getting a verbal review and then undertaking their inspection. The inspection, as observed and as revealed by the later supplied report, was a complete Inspection. The report provided very detailed pictures and explanations. The cost for the inspection was very reasonable. They also provided cost analysis with work description if we wanted to hire them. It was out of range of our budget but we are also fairly handy with the skill sets needed for a majority of the work. The only glitch, and it is minor, is it took 4-5 days before their initial reach out. I had anticipated a quicker response but the world did not end. Once the connection was made, professionalism was the norm. We will be hiring them again for our next properties.
