Dennis Dean and his employees were professional, on-time, and respectful. Any issues or questions were answered and resolved in a timely manner. They coordinated directly with other subcontractors and inspectors to make my life easier.

We have used them several times. I like their work. They are honest. If I have a problem with their work, they will come back and fix it.

They came very quick and went above and beyond what we asked them to do. My husband said their price was good and I will use them again in the future.

First call to Dean and Son was somewhat dissapointing as I was advised that their entire crew was involved in a new development in the local area. I was very politely told that I could be put on a waiting list and it could be two or more weeks before someone would contact me.

This was a preventative maintenance job for me so I agreed.Two or three days later however I received a 7:30AM call from Dean and Son advising me they could do the work that day. Thirty minutes later the installer and new water heater were at my home and several hours later the job was completed.

Everyone at Dean and Son was very professional and courteous and I would highly recommend them.

We used them for work on a rental property. The plumber was prompt and the price was reasonable given all the work that was performed. He fixed a leaking sink, shower, and cut drywall to fix a leak on the main water line. Also, (over and ablove) he pressurized the gas line so we could get it inspected and set up the inspection. This was a big deal to us as we didn't know what to do or how long this would take. They set it up and got in done in a couple of days. I would definitely use them again!

Their service was very good. I was confident in their work and responsiveness. I will consider using them again in the future.

We contacted Dean Plumbing to schedule a service call and we set up a time. The repairman showed up on time and assessed the situation and was able to address it immediately. The work was completed quickly and met our expectations.

Went like clock work. They were prompt and courteous, careful with the floors, walls and repairs. They were easy to communicate with and pleasant.

I was charged for 1 hour's work plus some misc. parts. It's been 4 days now and no leaks!! The $205 total includes the $65 faucet I purchased at Home Depot.

We were very pleased with the work provided and felt the cost was very fair for the amount of work done. They always arrived when scheduled or called if they were going to be slightly off the time expected. Used a "plumber's friend" (plunger) and it drained OK. Recommended I get a new plunger from a store in town.

Very well. I had removed a stump that was in the way for the outside access. I had disconnected and removed the washer/dryer. They started on time, as stated, and put in the new PEX pipe to resist freezing water damage. Supply pipes were put in place and all connections made except cutting into old system. Water was cut off, and the final connections were made to all plumbing fixtures. Holes were cut into the walls behind each fixture. Employees Nick, Helen and Guy, all shed their shoes at the door each time entering the house and tried to keep the house as clean and picked up as possible. After putting pipes in the attic, all attic pipes were insulated and water was tied back to the source. Clean up was completed and water leaks were checked for twice.
