Not good at first I wrote a review earlier but they did make it right after the complaint. They fix the problem and apologized for the misunderstanding, scheduling and confusion on their part. the problem was fixed I was very satisfied. I will call again if in need of a plumber. they were in the wrong and admitted it and didn't charge a service call

Dean & Son must have had the third-string of their minor-league team out during the construction of my home (Stoneridge was the builder). First, the tankless water heater system was piped and connected incorrectly, resulting in excessive mixing of the hot/cold supply lines and lukewarm water from basically every tap and faucet, regardless of whether hot or cold was selected. Additionally, they failed to flush out the construction debris from the pipes prior to connecting all the faucets/taps (see photo), which, until we figured it out, had clogged all the aerators, resulting in very weak flow from almost all the faucets, and a total clogging of the supply line to my refrigerator (which is STILL not fixed). I will say that one of their senior plumbers, Justin, who was sent out to address all the problems, proved to be a very smart and capable guy, and was able to determine where the critical mistakes were made (things were so incredibly screwed up, it took him three separate visits to get everything sorted out--at one point it was so confusing he even had to contemplate breaking open a wall to visualize the pipes; fortunately, it didn't come to that). After Justin's repairs, we now have a hot/cold system that works as it should (he was unable to fix one of the piping issues, which would have required tearing out cabinetry and breaking open a wall; thankfully, this was the most minor of the problems). It seems that whoever was doing the plumbing during construction either had totally incompetent supervision, and/or simply had no idea what they were doing. We're truly thankful that Justin had the knowledge and patience to figure everything out. With the number of new homes being constructed in this area, with Dean & Son as the plumbing contractor, it's actually pretty amazing that they could screw a job up as badly as they did ours.

Aaron from Dean and Son was able to arrive within a couple of hours and he replaced the valve. He was very professional and efficient with the work performed.

We were able to determine where the leak was before Dean & Son arrived. Aaron from Dean and Son confirmed the leak and went right to work. Turns out that somehow the valve had failed alone the threads. Aaron replaced the valve patching it in between the PVC supply to the house and the copper line into the house. Aaron explained what he was doing and answered every question clearly and to the point which we appreciated. Somehow he never lost his good nature which I would have done digging in 3-4 feet of soaked earth and mud. He was GREAT.

I am not the original owner of the house, and Dean had installed the septic tank when it was first built. We have had the house for a few years, and had some growing concerns on the tank. When I called someone to pump it, they informed me that it was connected backwards, so it wasn't operating efficiently. I was able to find Dean, the original installer, and I am amazed at how promptly he jumped into action. He took his crew out there, surveyed what was going on, and corrected it. I can tell it's important to him that his work is correct - even years later, and I would definitely call him for future plumbing needs.

I thought it was a pretty good value! The issue is fixed, and I like how cleanly they worked. You couldn't even tell they had been there!

Our disposal quit working so we called Dean and Son. Turned out to be something stuck in there that I couldn't reach. They figured out how to get it out and didn't charge me a thing!

I asked Dean and Son to finish a small project I had started. I installed a hot water recirculation pump but did not have the tools to cut the existing pipes. Dean and Son sent a technician who completed the cuts and installed new fittings. They were done in less than 10 minutes! And, since the job was so simple, they did not charge us a dime! They simply asked us to keep them in mind when we needed additional plumbing work.

They were great. They responded quickly for an emergency and I was very pleased with their response.

The installer did a great job. He was punctual and very professional. He actually cleaned up after himself and my bathroom was as clean when he left as it was when he came.

We have used Dean and Son Plumbing for many years and have always been very pleased. They do a very good job and the fees ($150.00) were in line with what other companies charge.

They did a wonderful job. They gave an estimate of $95 an hour and they did it within an hour. It was excellent work. I like their promptness, they were here when they said they will be here, and their professionalism, they worked and got it done when I got here. I was very pleased with them. Dennis Dean and his employees were professional, on-time, and respectful. Any issues or questions were answered and resolved in a timely manner. They coordinated directly with other subcontractors and inspectors to make my life easier.

We have used them several times. I like their work. They are honest. If I have a problem with their work, they will come back and fix it.

They came very quick and went above and beyond what we asked them to do. My husband said their price was good and I will use them again in the future.
