They were very professional but a little too expensive for my blood.

We had a good experience with Wilbur's Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing. We had them do all three units. We purchased the big deal for one of the units. The workers were very good. They were punctual and clean, they wore shoe protectors. They were very thorough and communicative in terms of what was good and what was bad. They did a good job.

Wilbur's was very professional and had us pick out the fixture from the supply house.  Once the fixture arrived, Wilbur's installed.  As they were installing, they noticed that the tub drain had never been fully connected and was just dry fit into the PVC.  They let me know of the issue and I felt that we averted a crisis.  They then fixed the tub drain for a reasonable price.

We used them through a big deal on Angie's List. It went well. The big deal was for $49. The service that they performed was around $200, so they took the voucher and applied it to the overall balance. They quoted us before doing anything. We have used them in the past, which is why we purchased the voucher. We are very happy with the services, the integrity of the company and the personality of the people that perform the work. They are courteous, polite and respectful. With regard to price, plumbing is a little high. I would be happy to use them again in the future if the unfortunate circumstances present themselves to need some plumbing service.

Plumbers stated toilet parts needed to be rebuilt.  This required three trips to get the flush to work properly, two return trips, for what one would imagine would be a simple repair for a plumber. First trip installed wrong flapper type. Second trip changed flapper, but toilet still did not flush properly. Third trip, correct adjustment was made.  On the plus side, they did honor their six month warranty and there was no charge for return trips.

It was fine. I didn't have any problems with him.

No additional findings, so no additional cost.

They called and made the appointment, they were here when they said they would be here, and I can't complain! They did a good job. They had to replace the under sink plumbing. They completed the job in about hour. He knew what he was doing.

He was prompt, professional, and did everything to fix the job correctly.  He showed me how to use the drain cleaner so that it could be used with my septic tank.  I was very pleased with his courtesy and kindness.

More expensive than I expected, but good

They were pleasant and have done good work for me before but when I called them in January to repair a leak they were to busy to help me.

Since we bought our house 2.5 years ago, we have had a few plumbing issues come up here and there.  Each time a toilet would run on its own, or we'd discover a leak, we'd groan at the thought of how much it would cost to get a plumber in the door, much less how much it would cost to get the work done. When I saw that the $39 toilet tune-up included a home plumbing inspection, I leaped at the opportunity to get some things handled.
Michael and Rob arrived on time, with a phone call from the dispatcher ahead of time to let us know they were on their way.
Michael showed my 4 year old son how to put a dye tablet in the cistern of both toilets, then told him he'd need to go back in a few minutes to check and see if there was any blue water in the bowl.  That would be a problem.
Meanwhile, he went through and checked out all the rest of the plumbing. Each time he found a minor issue, he recommended a low-cost solution - it was like having a visit from a plumbing coach!
This was a huge relief, particularly since we have had several bouts of below-freezing weather here, for which we are ill-prepared. 
After the water in one of the toilets turned blue, much to my son's delight, they replaced the flapper.
This was an excellent investment of $39 in plumbing that brought way more knowledge and peace of mind than I ever would have anticipated.

It was good.  They did it pretty quickly.  As a matter of fact, they didn't give us a credit.

i had purchased a home inspection and a toilet repair is included on one toilet. I had already purchased parts for three toilets and  one toilet is included in inspection price were fixed. i had an issue with this dripping on the inside of one toilet which i planned to be the toilet i would have repaired with the home inspection purchased . i was told on phone when i inquired one toilet of choice would be repaired. labor and home inspection cost around 477. three toilets were shutting on and off and the one dripping toilet was still dripping and wilurs returned at no charge. returned third time for one toilet shutting on and off and one dripping toilet. after being told if the drip was heard it would have been fixed on first trip. i was quoted around 200 for dripping toilet which i did not do. i felt  the one toilet included in home inspection should have been fixed. 

Came as promised.  Very professional.  Did a thorough examination of the system as to water pressure. Immediately determined the pressure valve to the house was defective.  It was a problem we have had for many months; tremendous amount of air in the system. The heating system was examined thoroughly, revealing  professional knowledge as to the system's function. The problem was immediately apparent to the heating professional.  He gave me a complete estimate of the total repair costs, with discounts for Angie's list usage, with senior discount.  The work was done by three who addressed the problems as professionals!  Our water flow and heating have been dramatically improved.  The workers were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.  Would use them again if the need arises.  Thanks to Angie's list for having them available with recommendations.

The provider arrived on time and was very professional. He provided covers for his shoes and asked to see the jobs. I had three jobs,1) a leaky faucet in the bath tub, 2) Rusted "J" tube and trap caused by a stopped-up drain and 3) an upstairs faucet in a rest room that was running slow. The provider gave me a quote for the entire job, which I considered to be more than I wanted to pay. He then broke the quote into individual pieces and I choose to do just the trap and unstop the drain. Before leaving, the provider told me what I could do to repair both the leaky faucet and the slow running water. It took the provider about 20 minutes to repair the "J" pipe and stopped up drain. He cleaned up the debris, I followed him to the truck and paid him.

Service was outstanding! John Michael was very helpful and informative. Prior to doing any work on my plumbing he explained to me what each particular job would cost. He was very efficient and has a solid work ethic. The job needed for my plumbing was done within a few hours. I will use Wilbur's plumbing services again in the future.

The two gentlemen were prompt and courteous.  I wasn't sure their fix would be the answer to our flushing problems, but it absolutely was.  They also quickly found the cause of the leak and took care of that as well.  Total service time was around an hour.
The price was probably about 20% above what I'd ideally like it to be, but I'll trade that premium for fast, reliable service.
