Real Thorough Contractors

The job lasted too long. Bad experience replacing the shower. I had to look for my own parts to complete the job.

BUYER BEWARE: This company is a fraud. Using a fake address. Address is for a storage facility that had never heard of them. I feel he scammed us of $8,150 dollars from us. Everything they touched was messed up. They destroyed my tile. Destroyed my soaker tub. I just had my hot water restored. I had not had hot water since Thanksgiving. This has been a devastating decision for my family. Do not employ this man. He gives the whole blessed Christian act as well. I experienced that this man is not truthful and things went missing after he was here. We are also having to retain a lawyer to sue this individual.

This was the worst experience I ever had dealing with the contractor was it on time employees that was working did not do good work overpriced just was not happy with him would not recommend for them to work on a dog house sorry I feel this way but when you are on a fixed income in someone at your house working you supposed to be the boss hate for a contractor to promise one thing but do another it was a bad experience for me and my family cheap material also had to hire another contractor to come to straighten out things that I did not like from the first contractor you all gave him a 4-star rating I can not see why

Do NOT make the same mistake I made by hiring them. Workers were nice and polite. The owner would drop off workers and pick them up at odd hours and did not provide them with proper tools and did not supervise them. We paid for a professional job and did not receive it. Can not even use shower until we reinforce floor joints in bathroom because of cracking tile and grout.

Hired this company to demo an old bathroom and run the drain from a new bathroom to the main drain pipe. One of the workers cut a hole in my bathroom wall destroyed my electric toothbrush. When I informed the owner of the business what happened he told me he was not going to pay to repair the holes in my walls and he was not going to replace my electric toothbrush. I would not let this company nowhere near my home again.

Totally committed to doing good work. Wrapping up the installation of my sewer line was a bit challenging, I would have appreciated a better finish of covering the line. Also, it would be a good idea to keep the customer in the loop before making command decision about the contract especially if there are changes made to the agreement.

Installed a gas line from our attic down an interior wall for a new gas range. They did a good job, but the appiance installer had to open the wall and reposition the line because it was too far out and the range wouldn't sit close enough to the wall. They cleaned up fairly well in the house, but left a mess on our driveway. They were very polite and friendly and we felt they were qualified but just could have done a better job.

He did an excellent job of replacing the water heater but I had a bad experience hiring him to remodel my bathroom. A perfectly competent plumber but never hire him for remodeling.

Poor quality of work.not dependable or true to their word. Having to redo everything that they did.

They were very good! They cleaned up any mess that was left from the work, and they made sure to put everything away before they left. I have already recommended them to a friend.

Honest and courteous.

First off I was told that he would be here at 7;30 but he didn't get here until 8;30 and didn't bother to call. Once he saw the problem he spent the next 39 min on the phone calling Rheem tech support. He stated that he was a master plumber but seemed as though he knew nothing about my problem. Spent 45min here then tell me he has to charge me a two hour minimum.

The owner is a man of his word.
