Called and wanted to give an estimate over the phone while my husband was at work. We have questions and concerns about specifics of the job. He said he would come the next day and call before he came. Haven't heard from him yet. Really? Is business so good that these people can just show up whenever it's convenient for them and not even bother to call?

It went fine. It was done last week. It was just the $199. It was a good price. They did a good job.

Great contact, showed up when promised.  Did great work and cleaned up when they left.  Would use again.

Actual results were very good. Clean-up was excellent.  Provider's comments are confusing as we did not ask for anything different from the original quote of "raising the canopy on our trees". A different person from this provider's company gave us the quote, so we paid the amount on the  quote. There was no mention of us owing any additional money. I received a call this morning from the provider complaining about my score, what the quote was vs what we asked them to do, lack of follow up due to no support staff and having to move furniture. My initial score was based on no follow-up and no work being done. Since the work has been completed and done in a timely, and good quality manner, I have updated the scores.  It's sad that I can't give better scores on the professionalism and attention to customer service based on his comments and his call this morning. I trust  this will be a learning experience for both of us.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this company.  They were amazing from start to finish.  Juston was lovely to work with, and his team was fabulous.  We had a huge tree fall in the creek behind our neighbor's house, and the team brought in a bobcat to aid in removing the tree from the creek.  Additionally, we asked the crew about a very dangerous tree in our yard (that seemed to reach to the sky), which was hollowing out.  As the team was already there, they agreed to take that tree out for a very reasonable price, and they called in a bucket truck to enable the cutter to access the great heights of the tree.  In addition, they trimmed all the trees off of our house (quite a few).  Even with all the enormous pieces of tree that they cut down bit by bit, not one small item was hit in their immense project.  That and they cleaned every little bit of tree remains up and and hauled it away.  There was only one tiny little leafy. small brank on our deck to show that they had ever been there.  They were amazing, and their prices were half of anyone else's estimate.  I would use them over and over again, if I ever need any more tree removal.

Hired precision to do the above work. They did a great job, were very professional and courteous, left the site neat and clean after they left. Price was very fair. Had some delays due to weather, but Justin kept me informed the whole time regarding their schedule. Would definitely hire them again.

I would rate them 8 out of 10. It was not bad. They hauled away the limbs and stumps. I wanted them to do more work for me but they were in a rush to get to another place. They said that they would contact me later. But I did not hear anything.

The service was satisfactory. They took care of the tree stump, provided additional service of cutting down some tree branches and offered to remove the mulch from the tree stump.

The owner claimed the $199 voucher was worth only $89 to him? I didn't know what to make of that. Then when the work was done he persisted in asking for more money than what was quoted. Not an unreasonalbe amonut, but about $200 more than what was agreed to. Also, his equiment scarred up the drive way in a few place. Some broken limbs were left haning in some of the hardwood trees too. Otherwise the work was well done and he sent some of his crew back to reduce some stumps lower so they were less obvious.

Had a small miscommunication with Precision during the initial contact, but Juston, the owner, quickly recognized it and worked very hard to correct.  He came out and provided an estimate as promised.  Quoted a good price and performed the work the next day.  Performing the work the following day, far exceeded our expectations as we expected it to be the following week.  Would definitely use Precision again (and we may).

The Big Deal was refunded due to a misprint on services provided. We went with another provider.

Precision called the next day, after I brought the special.  The services were performed the next week.  The crew were polite and

professional.  They clean-up afterward.  Very good job.
