Description of Work: They came out to my home and put the chain back on my door and it came off |because it was too tight and the door did not open good. |The first and second time I used them the work were done very good: but the third time not so good . I had to get some else to fix my door right |and I paid them $150.00 dollars

Description of Work: We are very satisfied with Overhead Door Co. the sales rep was very helpful and explained our options well. the doors we picked we're special order and arrived earlier than expected. the installation was made timely, however, nuts and bolts were left in the driveway and in the garage. I understand a few may be missed during cleanup but not as many as we found. the quality of a job does not stop at the end of installing the product, it stops when the job site is cleaned up. In the future OHD needs to pay more attention to detail!

Description of Work: They replaced the garage door openers while using our existing doors. The single worker did a good job which included dealing with our very old prior setup. He was courteous and friendly.
