They have a great customer waiting area and before they actually work on your car they look at it and tell you exactly what is wrong and what they are going to do and what it will cost before they actually start the work. One reasons I went there is because of what other people said on Angie's List about it was pretty much true that they are dependable and do not try to just fix everything under the car. About their staff, they are all courteous and they answered any question.
