Received a quote from a salesman at APS. Once we signed the contract and scheduled a day for the work to be done, we were "ghosted" by the salesman. I had emailed with questions about the job and no one emailed me back. After a week or two I contacted the company (APS) and was told the salesman had not shown back up for work, but no one at APS had bothered to let me know what was going on. I was told that if we wanted to cancel our contract, we would receive a refund. After many weeks, we received a check for only 1/2 of our deposit. I couldn't believe that under circumstances, beyond our control, APS would not try to make it right and issue a full refund for our deposit. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about the horrible service I received from APS.

Wow!! Fantastic work done by Robert and Michael of Superior Plumbing. They were extremely proficient and proffessional with the work required. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly and that I was a satisfied customer. I can not thank these guys enough for the hard work they put in. The cost was very reasonable and would highly recomend these guys to anyone needing a plumbing service. Great work done by great people!! Will definitely use them again!!

We've done it with other companies and paid more money for this treatment, and they weren't nearly as effective as the treatment received from AL Professional Service Inc.

They never called me back for appointment & tech was 2 hours late & never called. Other than that, price was good & tech was very nice when he got there

Only part of house was treated for the indoor pests and the guy who was suppose to treat for termites never called me back.

The sales rep was punctuation and professional. The price was a little high but the technicians were professional and skilled so maybe I suffered from sticker shock and the price was not out of line. The time between the quote and actual repair was a longer that I wanted. The technician that put traps in the attic was timely, professional and skilled. I called the office for a call back check on the traps and nobody responded to me. I called the technician directly and he returned and bated the traps within 48 hours. The squirrel escaped the traps but is not in my attic anymore.

They showed up on time and sprayed. However, within two days we had mosquitoes everywhere so I'm not sure if they use the same strength of spray they would use if we had not purchased a coupon. Not sure - just did not do anything.

Pest Control process began in September and has been successful. Technician calls ahead for an appointment and is courteous and knowledgeable. Have not completed Termite and contract yet, but plan to do so soon.
