They did an excellent job. I took my vehicle in and they completed the work and had it back to me in less than twenty-four hours. This shop came highly recommended to me and I was delighted with the outcome.

Owner Tony is charming, honest, and professional. The work done was outstanding. My car looks like new. What a change! Also, Tony drove me to and from the rental car agency. I can't say enough good things about the experience from start to finish.

Joe and crew did work on my vintage 17 year old car. He and his crew did a very nice job on my car. There was a small unavoidable delay in having my car ready on time and Joe treated me to a free detail. Also, he and the crew did some "extras" on the car, such as repainting bumpers. That was not something I had requested and there was now charge for the "bonus." Very pleased and would use them again.

I highly recommend this business. Joe and Tim are delightful--friendly and more than willing to work with you to make sure you are pleased with the result. They take great pride in their work, and it is indeed excellent. I appreciated that they were willing and able to build a custom system for me that would have been fantastic if I could have afforded it. I appreciate even more that they worked with me to get me the best system possible on my limited budget (without sacrificing quality). They were helpful and respectful even though I wasn't a high-paying customer. They also worked with me on a quick turn-around time since I needed the car for an out of town trip. Their attitude was terrific, the work was top-notch, the prices were reasonable, and the overall experience was great. I can see why this business is so highly rated--very deserving. Aptly named, too. #1 Sound, Detail, and Automotive is truly #1 in my book.

Joe and his team were great! We knew it wasn't going to be easy because the Miata is so small and compact, you just don't have a lot of room to work. But they were able to do the install in a just a few hours and the system sounds great! I was really glad it worked out because two separate installers at Best Buy attempted to do the exact same installation, but about half way though the job they gave up and said "no way, we can't do it, it can't be done!". But not Joe! Thanks again, Joe!

Joe and his team did a great job! Best detail job I've ever had. Paid extra to have the high speed buff. They were able to remove a number of scratches. I will use them again and also recommend to my friends.

The owner Joe took really good care of me. He gave me a quote for an extensive amount of body work, audio install, and full detail, which was a very good deal. A couple parts ended up more than the price he quoted me, but still gave me the lower price. I was very pleased with all the work. My 2006 Tacoma looks brand new and sounds incredible. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with #1 Sound, Detail, Automotive & Collision, Inc. -- fair price and friendly, timely service.  I was contacted with an update and my car was actually finished earlier than anticipated.  I plan on taking my car back to get it detailed in the near future.

The car looks better than it did before it got dented.  Very pleased with color matching and how smooth everything looks.

They did a great job of reviving our faithful Camry.  Washed, waxed, and buffed.  Steam cleaned the engine.  Did a nice job of cleaning the upholstery.  Great job on the tires.  Car was ready earlier than scheduled.
Planning to take it back to have paint touched up.  May also get new mats.
 
  

Windows weren't cleaned very well.  Driving into the sun morning after, could see streaks all over the windows.  Also, car seat removed but not reinstalled.

The work was great.  Nothing broke and most of all the headliner was not damaged which was my main concern.   The shop also installed the extra connection cables I provided within the same cost.

Car shines, looks like new!

I've been preparing to sell my 2003 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner. Never having had a garage, this truck has lived in harsh outdoor conditions for 12 years. The paint was badly oxidized and there were ancient spots from tar and oxidation that I've never been able to wash off.

I took it by #1 Sound, Detail, Automotive and Collision to get an estimate on what it would cost to clean up the paint, if that was even possible. Joe assured me that he could clean it up very nicely, estimating that he could probably correct it to 80% of new condition. Well, when I picked up the truck, I was delighted to find that the paint was spotless and had been polished to better than new condition. That's right, the truck now shines far beyond what it did when I drove it off the lot at the Toyota dealership. I'm sure the truck will sell in no time now! All of it is working great!

We started using their service after finding them on Angie's List. He is a business man who started his own business many years ago. He has continued to keep reasonable rates for their services from what I believe. I like hard working people and they are hard working. They are good people.
