Dry Cleaning Service
My bedding just needed a general cleaning, there were no stains to deal with. I talked with the worker who looked over the labels to make sure the service I was requesting was appropriate for my material. I was thankful for this since I missed some of the directions and needed clarification.
I dropped them off and was given a receipt with a pick up date and time. When I went by at the date and time given, I was asked to come back two hours later with almost no apology. Driving out of my way for a service which wasn't completed when I was told it would be was a bit frustrating.
I will still use Professional Cleaners again, but next time I'll just wait an extra day.
