They were quick, very informative, and they didn't try to get away with anything.

CT Automotive is the best. I've used them a couple of times in the past, this last time because my starter was going out. They diagnosed the problem almost instantly and had my truck repaired before the day was up. My truck has over 150,000 miles on it, so I wasn't surprised when they told me that they'd performed a 100 point inspection and noticed that my belts were dry rotting... in fact, I already new this to be the case. They gave me an estimate that was significantly lower than another place I'd been, and got those fixed quickly as well. The best part? I'm not sure if we ended up exactly on or UNDER my estimate, but I know it wasn't over. The guys here are fast, professional, and seem to genuinely care about you. I recommend these folks to everyone.

I inherited my mom's 2002 Trail Blazer and I had no idea what kind of mileage service had been performed with the exeption of oil changes. So I took it in to CT Automotive and explained what I needed. The car had over 145,000 miles on it. They looked the car over and made several suggestions about different services that it needed. They gave me the estimates for the services. Of course I could not afford all of them so they were kind enough to give me a list in the order of importance. That way I could take care of them without having to spend a major sum of money at 1 time. They explained everything in detail and I didn't feel I was being taken advantage of because I am a woman. They treated me like a customer and I appreciated that very much.

I liked them. They are always efficient and reasonably priced. They get it done in the time they say they will get it done. They never find weird things wrong with the car. They are honest. I would recommend them for sure.

This place was recommended to me as 'honest.' As a single, older woman, this was important to me. I have taken my car to them approximately 3 times over the last year. EACH time, they were indeed honest and provided exceptional communication. Their work was right on target and timely. This last time, I came home after my mother had died, and my car seemed to have lost power (98 toyota corrolla). I live close to the dealer and barely made it there. The next morning, the dealer told me I was looking at "over $1,000." I told them I did not have the money (I'm a student working on my phd). Then they called me back and said, "oh, mistake" it was only going to cost me 700 and something because I needed to replace fuel injectors - but they couldn't guarantee that price. I felt suspicious about the transaction and called CT Auto. They said to bring it in and they would check it out for me. I called the dealer and told them I would be picking up the car. Then they said if I drove my car off their lot it would ignite. They kept me waiting for my keys. I finally drove the car to CT Auto. They repaired it for under $300 - they replaced the injector seals and one fuel injector. This was not the first time CT had treated me with respect. I have actually learned to trust these good folks over the past year or so. I will not go anywhere else. Women - take your car HERE! Oh, also, they gave me a ride back to where I was working and picked me up when the car was ready.
