It was awsome service, he was on time , put a trap down and used a suare shovel. He cust 1 ny 1 foot squares of the lawn out and carefuly placed them on the tarp then placed the dirt on another tarp. drained the tanks (frist time in 24 years) he then inspected the system and all was well. He hand digs down to the lid and drains from the dirve way. when he was done I could not tell that he was ever there. If you need septic tank service you need to hire this man.

Excellent service! Mark took time on the phone to answer several questions I had. Showed up on time, put down tarps to protect my lawn, then hand dug down to the front AND rear lids of my tank. He said that he really only needed to get to the front lid to pump it, but he would dig out the rear one if I wanted to see it. No charge for double the digging! Mark made sure my wife and I knew how to check our system should a problem arise. Most websites recommend having your septic system pumped every 2-5 years. I asked Mark, expecting an answer in this range. He replied with "every 7-10 years, if we don't abuse the system." For a guy who makes his living pumping tanks to NOT give me the standard answer says a ton about his honesty. I'll be giving all my septic business to Aardvark. If you do, I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Aardvark arrived on time and promptly began working. He did the job quickly and efficiently. I will definitely call him again for future work.

.Mark was very professional, personable and prompt. I fully expected to have to make an appointment for another day, but Mark said that he could come right over and take care of it. He laid down a tarp to put the dirt/sod that he dug up to access the septic tank lids. He cleaned out both sides of the tank and the outfield filter. The entire time he worked, Mark patiently answered all of my questions, explained what he was doing and how a septic tank works. Upon completion, he put the dirt and sod back. Mark was great to talk to...very nice! We will definitely use his service again and will recommend to friends/neighbors.

Mark was very professional for the service he was providing. He laid down tarp before digging for septic tank lid, using square shovel to cut sod pieces. Placing each piece of sod on tarp for easy replacement later. Gave explanation of what problems were seen, pumped both sides of tank after using gas powered stir tool to loosen sludge. Mark then patiently waited for us to check our indoor problem. Then used motorized plumbing snake on main drainage pipe from house to Septic. He suggested when we use septic treatment to use liquid kind, since powdered kind can get caught in pipes and contribute to your problems. When problem was fixed Mark then put everything back in place with the cut sod on top. Mark was easy to talk with and took his shoes off before entering the house. After calling around his price was very reasonable and would definetly use again.

Mark, the owner, was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. Mark arrived on time and quickly found the septic tank. As luck would have it, the septic tank was under an approximately 8X12 foot vinyl storage building which was built on a solid wood floor. Instead of me having to immediately relocate the storage building, Mark jacked it up to gain access. Mark definitely went the extra mile to service the septic system. I will definitely use Mark in the future and will recommend him to friends and family.

After the work began he explained what he was doing and made suggestions on what I could do to keep the system operating properly in the future. Upon completion, everything was cleaned up and restored to its normal appearance. I was very pleased in how thorough he was and how quickly the process went. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service.

I am very pleased with t he company and Mark, the owner, who came to my house before the appointment and found the cap in a matter of minutes. Very pleased how he took the time to put a tarp near the opening to place my grass. So, many company's you hire just cut and throw on existing grass. By using the tarp he was able to use all the soil and grass to cover the cap cover. He was also the lowest price company. All I found on Angie's list started at $400.00. I would "highly" recommend Mark for his services. Mark also came across as a very honest person when you asked questions. For example: I also have another septic tank for a detached garage. Mark could have made another $350. on the second tank but was very honest and gave me several reasons why I did not need to clean the tank at this time. How many company's would do that and save you the money? I highly recommend Mark. There are several listed for septic tank cleaning that I have used in the past for plumbing that I will NEVER have on my property again! Cost me three extra vacation days and water pipe leaks!!

He showed up on time. Found the Septic Tank cover in about 3 minutes. Pumped everything in what felt like 30 minutes which was fast. He cleaned up after he was done and put the grass back in such a way that you can not even tell a hole was dug. Perfect A+ Service!!

We are very happy and thankful for finding this service via Angie's List! It was not an emergency but simply that we felt the service was due and to head off any possible problems later. We called him yesterday and he set up the time for today. He arrived promptly as scheduled this morning, located and cleaned the tank, thoroughly cleaned the area and there are hardly any signs of the digging needed to access the tank after he left. Very personable and experienced! We would most definitely recommend him!

Aardvark Septic came up when I ran the query for 'Septic Service', so I gave them a call. I was immediately impressed with the owner's knowledge and how he answered all of my questions. I scheduled them to perform the service and was impressed further with his courteous, professional, and prompt service. I definitely recommend these folks and will use them again in the future.
