Clean room and ultra comfortable. Front Desk manager provided my Mother with a first floor room with walk in shower with fold down bench near front desk as she was nervous to stay by herself overnight as she is elderly. She has physical limitations and felt vulnerable. This room was provided to her without us having made reservations with these special needs requests ahead of time.
