Took Charles & Tyler less than 30 minutes to repair my garage door. It's very obvious that Charles has a lot of experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing garage door work done!

I purchased the deal for the rollers but I also wanted Charles to look at replacing the bottom panel(s) and a spring. He took one look and said that he would request a refund and that I probably would come out better with a new door. He provided me with an estimate for repair vs replace whole door and I called into Thomassino Doors to check. Since I have a slope, the bottom panel would need to be special cut plus once you add in spring and installation, replacement was only another $100 or so more so I went that route.
He did order the door and the distributor sent the wrong size panels so we had about a 3 week delay but it was over Christmas and he improved his pricing further based on this and another slight delay.
When the correct size doors were available, he called and immediately scheduled and replaced, tested, tweaked, etc. the doors. It probably took him 3 hours for the install.
In short, while I was a little disappointed in the delay and an aesthetic issue (common to steel doors on a slight slop and about which Charles could do nothing), I was very happy with his work, pricing and responsiveness. I would definitely not hesitate to call him again in the future.

Reached out to them via email on Angie's List on Tuesday. They scheduled appointment for 11:00 am Wednesday. He called at 10:56 am to tell me he was in the driveway. They were efficient and showed the broken parts. Did a great job quickly.
