The personnel came promptly to pick up our huge wool rug. It was returned wrapped nicely in plastic and it looks great. Carpet turned out to look like new.

Fantastic! From the moment I scheduled my appt. to when I met the service agent on site in my home I had a wonderful experience. The cleaning agent asked me to show him what I needed cleaned and to point out the problem areas. He even got out a nasty red stain we had when he was done.

I was a little skeptical after the cleaning agent called the day of my appointment and said he was going to be an hour late because his previous appointment ran too long but when he arrived he was professional, friendly and thorough. He asked me to verify what needed to be cleaned and to point out the problem areas. I pointed out a reddish stain we had and he said he had a cleaner that could probably get it out and would do his best. Afterwards, he verified the cost of the work which actually ended up being lower than I originally thought! He even printed my receipt right after that. The whole appointment only took about twenty minutes because I was able to leave and run my errands while he stayed to complete the work. When I returned, my carpets looked amazing and the red stain was gone. I would DEFINITELY use them again especially since the carpets he cleaned were in a rental I was moving out of and the landlords loved the way the house looked and gave us our entire deposit back including our pet deposit.

Cleaner was punctual and professional. Great customer service. Low water cleaning was great, carpet was dry within a couple hours. WE LOVE TO SUPPORT FAMILY SMALL BUSINESS. I have recommended Heavens Best to my friends and family.

Do have all of your floor area clear and they will get it done really quick.

We have been wanting to get our carpet cleaned for a while now and just didn't have the time to review any companies due to school and work, but during Christmas break we had time and found Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning on Angie's List and they had good reviews so we booked an appointment during the first part of January. Initially, we gave the dimensions over the phone and were originally quoted $280 but once they arrived they and realized it wasn't as large as they thought and immediately took off $40 so our final payment was only $240.  They came first thing in the morning, as we asked, and got to work right away. We have very light beige colored carpet and two cats and they suggested that we get the deep steam clean, which we did. The job was not rushed and they took their time to do a very efficient job. The carpet looked like it was brand new again. When they completed the job there was a strong moister smell, but they informed us that it was completely normal and it would be gone by the next day which it was. The carpet was also completely dry by the next day as well. They did a great job and I thought the work done was top-notch. Our carpet looks great, the heavy traffic areas look like new again and they even were able to take out old stains that we accidently made years ago. When we vacuum the carpet now feels brand new under our feet. I would definitely use this service again and recommend them to friends and family.

I am happy with the result. It had been a long time since I'd had my carpet cleaned and I didn't have great expectations about how well the result would be. There were a couple of pretty tenacious coffee stains in the carpet that didn't come completely out. But overall I am pleased with the result.
The technician was on task, on time and on budget and provided the service in a manner that was as unobtrusive as one would expect a carpet cleaning. Payment was convenient with a credit card. He had one of those credit card readers for his smart phone, so that was cool

Heaven's Best showed up promptly and got the work done quickly. Stains that I thought were permanent are now gone.

I had called on a Monday and was able to schedule the very next day.  After taking a walk thru and answering some questions he was able to give me the price.  It took about two hours and dry time was short.  I was very happy with the results and will not hesitate to call them again.

Our cleaner actually was able to come earlier than the appointment time and called to let us know.  We were able to be there at the time and let him in.  The carpets were fairly dirty from daily use and two young sons.  The carpets were cleaned very well.  All the gummy residue was removed and they looked like new.
Everything went wonderfully, from being able to come early to getting the carpets cleaned so well!

Rapid response to my call. Technician was at the property exactly when I was told he would be there. He was courteous, pleasant, and professional. He measured each room, gave me an estimate and received my approval before continuing. He prepped each room and efficiently cleaned each carpet to like new condition. Excellent job from an excellent company. I will continue to use them whenever I need carpet cleaning.

The cleaner was ontime, professional, friendly and knowledgable. I had purchased a new home and the carpet was not cleaned prior to closing. There were several large yelllwish stains on the living room and master br carpets, and red candle wax had been spilled on the living room carpet. To save time, I offered to remove the wax, so he provided an iron and brown sack paper for me. I was able to get the wax out of the carpet and he removed the stain left from the wax color. The yellow stains all came out as well, he was finished in a short time, leaving no odor or residue behind. Great job. I couldn't find a ChemDry vendor in town and was dubious about the claims of Heaven Sent, but they were true to their word. Since one of my kitties vomits a lot, i know I will be using this company again and often!

contactded by phone and they were efficient and friendly. They arrived on time and worked very dilligently wasting no time. We were happy they finished so quickly as the new people wanted to move in that day as well.

My brother met them at the condo being cleaned and they were on time.  It didn't take them very long at all to do an incredibly awesome job of removing the long standing stains & most of the paint spots!  I'd had the carpets cleaned by another company last year and wasn't very impressed but assumed the stains were from a pet from a previous tenant & wouldn't come out but I couldn't see the stains when Heaven's Best was done and most of the paint spots, if not all, were gone!  The carpets look awesome and they smell great, too.  This company is wonderful and I would have no qualms recommending them to anyone who needs a good job done on their carpets.  5 stars!!!

Brian showed up after hours to accommodate my needs. He did an amazing job on the carpets and even made my filthy chair look like brand new!!  I will definitely be using this company again and am extremely happy to recommend this company to anyone needing carpet or upholstery cleaning.

This is a wonderful family owned and operated service.  From the appointment making to the carpet cleaning, they were professional and personable.  My carpet looks almost new!  He even got the ash stains that were years old out.  I was extremely impressed with this company and this family.  I'll be calling them any time I need a carpet or couch, etc. cleaning!!
