     The orders were done perfectly, time sensitive (sometimes I called with little notice) .  Flowers By Louise  were very accommodating and also most orders were to be shipped.  They were carefully wrapped and secure for deliver to the airport.

We are very happy with their attention to details and always providing the exact color arrangement we requested.

On May 12 I had a message on my phone informing me I had a 2hour window to call back Flowers By Louise for a delivery. The message also stated that they had tried to contact me on the 11th. I checked my caller ID no calls or hangups from the store. Also nothing hanging on my door letting me know about delivery. Monday the 13th at 9am, I called Flowers by Louise. I asked them to just refund my daughters their money as I didn't want a flower arrangement that had been sitting that long. I also informed them that I only had 1 message from them on Sunday the 12th. I work the weekends I would have made arrangements for the delivery. The clerk who took my call said she would look into it and call me back. At 9:30am she called and said they would deliver a fresh bouquet before I left for work. Then she took directions to my home. At 10:15 the delivery driver called to see if he was at the right home. He was in my driveway. He brought my flowers to me and RAN back to his van. I brought the flowers in and immediately notice that the flowers were old.   All of the filler flowers were brown and curling up alot of their petals had already fallen off. The rest of the flowers were in a little better shape. The  1 lily that was in the vase looked like it had been man handled. I've seen nicer ones at the grocery store.I called the store back and told them that the flowers were dying. The same clerk I had talked to earlier told me that it was a new arrangement, that she had watched the florist make it. I informed her that I was looking at the bouquet as we spoke and the flowers were dead!. She told me if I wasn't happy to bring them to the shop and they would refund my daughters their money. I immediately took them back. When I placed the flowers on the counter. The clerk asked me what flowers I wasn't happy with. I pointed out all the dead ones.
Her response was " That's how they come in,they're off a tree and that's how they look." I also pointed out that the lily was beat up. She told me it was fresh just in that morning. I told her that the arrangement looked old and the flowers were dying. To this she said "Well I'm sorry we could'nt make you happy we will refund your daughters credit card." I left and went to work. When my daughter called long distance to get a refund, the clerk informed her they would only give her a partial refund If she wanted to talk to a manager she came in later. My daughter informed the clerk that she wasn't happy with the service and that they had ruined the Mothers Day gift. When my daughter called back to talk to the manager she was informed that she wasn't getting a full fefund because she had called the clerk a C---.  My daughter is a nurse works with people everyday, needless to say she was shocked. The manager told her she would get the price of flowers refunded but not the delivery.  Poor, poor service and product ! I work retail, I'm telling everyone who will listen, plus the 150 people I work with. I
