Our 2010 SUV was damaged in a read-end collision. After contacting our insurance agent, they recommended Chaz Collision Express. Since this was a read-end collision, we ended up having the whole thing done through the other driver's insurance, they also used Chaz often. Chaz worked closely with the insurance companies, making the entire process hassle free. From the estimate to the actual work being performed, everything was hassle and worry free. On the day and time we had scheduled to have the repairs commence, Chaz scheduled the local rental car company to deliver a replacement vehicle to their lot. This rental car was covered by the insurance as well. When the car was finished with the repairs, we again scheduled a time to pickup the SUV. Once again, Chaz coordinated the time with the rental car company, scheduling a the rental car representative to meet us when we picked up the repaired SUV.. Work wise, the repair was perfect. You cannot tell that there has ever been any damage to the vehicle. Chaz guaranteed the work for the lifetime of the SUV,. Based on the fantastic job they performed, I doubt I will need to ever take them up on this. Being in an accident can be stressful and a big hassle. While being in an accident is never a pleasant experience, Chaz helped make the whole repair process painless and easy.
