Chad is very quick to diagnose the problem. He always gives information on inexpensive fixes. He spent a lot of time educating me and suggested do-it-yourself fixes and then didn't charge me for his time. We had him replace the garage heater and that went smoothly. His gas line installation came in under budget and was about 80% cheaper than the furnace company estimate.

The service was free. They have good customer service, communication, and very reasonable prices. He is a relatively small organization, but I have been really happy with him.
