I called he showed up that day, gave me a quote. It was a little more work than he anticipated and called me right away if i wanted to continue with at an additional price. They set up the day to do the work within the week I calledl My husband and I were extremely please with conscientious job they had done. It is over a third of an acre, with lots of winter kill to deal with including cleaning up around the beach. The accomplished all this without me having to show up and walk them through what I needed done. Kudos for them!Jennifer Miller

We've been using Quality One for our home and rental properties for several years. Quality One specializes is impeccable customer service, so even though the price was a bit higher than what we were used to, we found it to be proportional to their level of professionalism -- and worth it!
Before we switched to Quality One, we experiences a lot aggravation with our lawn and snow removal providers; e.g., large mowing outfits that sent unsupervised teenagers to our properties with dull blades, who cut tufts and valleys through our lawn making it look comical, and then compounded the problem with burn-out circles where they left the mower running while emptying the bags; dumping the clippings at the edge of the yard; whacking down the peonies and other perennials while leaving the dandelions intact; crazy billing systems that made it impossible to assign invoices to properties; unresponsiveness by phone and email; erratic mowing schedules; failure to remove snow within 72 hours, creating ice-ruts in the driveways where the snow became tamped down by tire tracks; banging up the garage doors, and digging up the landscaping rocks and lawn with fast, sloppy plowing. In retrospect, the inexpensive companies that we used to hire (both large and small) were not the bargain that they appeared to be.
In all the years we've been using Quality One, we've never experienced any of these problems. The service they provide is reliably professional and of the highest quality. We also appreciate that the Jeff, the company's owner, returns phone calls and email messages immediately. I am happy to give this company an unconditional recommendation.

They were quick and efficient. Did a very good job and followed all my instructions. The mowed my lawn, trimmed the edges and raked it all up. Bagged it all and removed it. Was very pleased. I will use them again.

This is well worth the money as it is filthy, grueling work. This is the first time I've ever hired anyone to do this chore and will probably do so in the future...getting too old for this kind of work. I purchased the 4 hour option since my property is 1/2 acre. It took the 2 men 2 hours each which included bagging the waste. There is an extra charge for bagging/removal (which I wasn't aware of at the time of purchase). I am very pleased with the results!

Jeff and his crew have done several jobs for me over the last few years and have always been very professional, punctual and the quality of work has been great. Jobs proceed as discussed prior to starting and are completed on schedule. He uses and computerized billing system which is very convenient.

They were okay. They did a great job. They're excellent. Their price was changed. I paid $220 more than the big deal I purchased. They didn't know what the job was. They sent three people and they spent two hours. They did an excellent job. They charged for the truck.

The workers worked diligently. They didn't really trim anything and we were left with tall grass around the fence. Kind of expensive for the work performed. For $198.79 I would have expected a bit more attention to detail.

I really like the service that Quality One has provided. Whenever we need an emergency plow they get to us as soon as possible before the end of the day. Wasilla is huge and I know it's impossible to be everywhere at once, but some people don't understand that. Quality One has our driveway plowed and clean before the city (Burrough) even gets a chance to plow our streets! If you are looking for a professional and reliable snow plowing company, look no further because you will find it with Quality One.

The owner provided clear and direct communication about the work that needed to be performed. A fair and prompt estimate was provided. The work crew was very friendly to me and respectful to my dog who was in the yard at the time of service. I've used Quality One for years without complaint or consideration of looking to a competitor.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. There were additional charges of $123. They were able to get out here quicker. There were still little weeds and grass after they did the cut. I didn't find out about the additional costs until a week or two later. They did an okay job. They were very courteous so I guess I would recommend them. The communication hasn't been good in trying to get somebody to come out for an estimate of what should have been done initially. We've been going back and forth since August.

Had expected at least 2 or 3 people to help us rake, but was disappointed when only 1 showed up. Called in another person who was not able to arrive until the last two hours of the job.
Talked to the owner about getting a piece of equipment to help expedite the job but he did not have an operator.
Was impressed with the work that the woman did in our yard. The other woman who arrived later did an awesome job as well.
Owner is personable and professional. His operation seems small here in the valley with most of his workers doing jobs in Anchorage. Would consider using his company again for small jobs.

It took them about an hour to knock it out. They charged $150 for the truck which included half an hour of labor for free. They charged another $25 for the other half an hour. They did a great job and got it all cleaned up. They were in and out in no time. They were prompt and there were no problems at all. I would use them again.
