Absolutely great! Chris was professional, on time, finished project within the timeframe he gave us. He had a few recommendations that we accepted which made the project even better. He took the time to explain what he was doing as construction progressed and didn't mind the few 'add-ons' we asked for and gave us a good price on the extra work. We only got two quotes on our deck extension and Chris was slightly below the first quote. He came with a good recommendation of a friend of ours and we definitely would hire Lionheart Construction again. Our deck is well constructed, stout, and the quality shows everywhere.
Description of Work: Chris constructed a major extension on our outside deck. Approximately 375 square foot addition supported by snootiness with railing.
