J C's Painting

I first saw John's work when he painted another condo in my project. Based on that, I asked for a bid. Although it seemed high, I saw the quality of his work, and hired him. He advised me on paint (The price of the paint was not included in his bid.) I chose the top quality so the primer was included. I picked up the paint; he unloaded it from my vehicle. He moved and stacked my furniture in the center of the rooms and covered it. He filled some holes and replaced and mudded a section of drywall that was damaged. I had a number of colors, so the process had more than one part. After painting, he cleaned up and returned the furniture to its place. I was pleased with the result and only then appreciated the amount of work required for the job. The one thing I would comment on that was less than perfect, was that he incorrectly estimated the amount of paint needed, and since it was custom tinted, the store wouldn't take it back. Other than that, he was very professional and his work was top quality.
