Anchorage Plumbing and Heating

I liked them very much. I sell real estate and I used them at a property. They are always an A. I have used them for years and referred them out for years. They are very well trained and professional.

Their employees are always professional and nice. I just wish that that profession didn't charge so much!

I called for technician about 9AM and Jared arrived within an hour. He tested each gas line fitting and found no leak. This was a follow up procedure after the fire department left and also didn't detect gas. The buyer wanted a receipt to prove any gas leak problem was addressed. I could only rate an A for responsiveness and couldn't enter two additional plus signs.

On May 12, 2017 I had the wonderful pleasure of having Will, the technician from Anchorage Plumbing and Heating come to my home and replace my faucet in my kitchen sink. Will was incredibly professional, patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything to me. I suffer with a Traumatic brain injury and sometimes find it difficult dealing with people because they are very impatient with me. Will was not anything like that. I will hire Will again in the future for any plumbing and heating needs I have and I would highly recommend him for any work you may need.

Simple diagnostic and easy fix! Chris had my heat back on in no time. He also checked for any leaks, and made sure I didn't have any additional questions. Thank you!

Plumber was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful of personal property and home. We received very prompt, same-day service. Price was fair. Overall experience was easily the best we've had with a plumber in over three decades living in Anchorage.

I like them. They're honest. I believe they have fair prices. They always get the work done. I don't have to call them back for a mistake or something that went wrong. It is done right the first time.

I called Friday at 7:30 am. A friendly voice on the phone said we will have someone there by 8:30 they were right on time. The problem was diagnosed very quickly and work began. When they went to turn the main water back on the valve would not work. They called and got the city out to turn off the main. That happened very quickly. After the new valve fix two other valves turned out to be bad. Those were fixed also. The bottom line is this they were punctual, very polite, informative, professional and did a great job. Total price was $1,735. I and my wife are extremely pleased with every aspect of their work and if needed will defiantly hire them again.

Courteous, professional, and friendly. They were able to come out within two days and arrived as scheduled. Smooth experience from my initial call to being able to provide my credit card as payment at the house. I will definitely plan to use their services going forward.

Technician Jeremy was very professional and arrived on time. Great work, very helpful and awesome price for the work done. Also, their office staff person "Tonya" was extremely helpful correcting a municipal inspector's omission allowing the permit to be granted in a timely manner so I wouldn't have to take another day off of work. I would definitely recommend Anchorage Plumbing and Heating to family and friends.

We are selling our home and the buyers wanted another Anchorage plumbing company to come and inspect the boiler. They did but had to come back 2 more times because they kept breaking things. 2 weeks later we had no hot water, turns out the other plumber didn't repair things correctly - we call him 3 hour Paul because every time he came he took 3 hours. We called OUR regular team at Anchorage Plumbing and Heating and they fixed everything efficiently and managed to get to us before overtime rates kicked in.
