They were there when they said they would be there so they were timely. They had good management so when we had an issue they had somebody that got back to us and talked to us right away. The first time the price was high which we thought was maybe a fluke but the price was good the second time they came. We would use them again.

They did a very good job. They were very good and prompt. I've already told 3 or 4 people about them. He was a very smart kid and he had been doing it for about 5 years. He was very courteous. It was a very painless process and one that I thought might hurt. It was a very good process and I would highly recommend them.

Yes, plumbing repair costs too much. That said, at least it helps when it's done right, with good materials, by a friendly, courteous, punctual and competent repair person. the outside faucet didn't work. No leaks, just no water. We knew what was wrong and how to fix it, but didn't want to crawl down in the crawlspace and start removing the pipe, not even knowing if we had the right size fitting. (Turns out we didn't, and he showed us the right part next to our part) He replaced the fitting and checked along the line for any leaks we might have missed.

It went very well. I called at about 8:10 AM planning to schedule work in the next week or so; I was pleasantly surprised when they were available to come the same day. They arrived at about 10:30, after calling to tell me they were enroute. I appreciated that they also gave the name of the service provider in the phone call. In all instances the plumbers were courteous and very professional. I had the disposal and power cord at my home, but needed a pipe/connector to configure the P-trap/drain assembly since the new disposal's pipes were in a slightly different location. They had the parts I needed available on their work truck. The work was done quickly (less than an hour) and they cleaned up after themselves. I will continue to use this company for my plumbing needs, and can recommend them without reservation.

I contacted them via their website. They called back the next day, we set up a time for a tech to come check the problem.They showed up when they said they would. Fixed the problem, cleaned up and were gone in a short period of time.

Our garage heater would ignite but the fan would not blow. After watching it for about 18 hours, checked Angie's List and called Anchorage Plumbing and Heating. Appointment time was 10:30AM, and while waiting for the technician, the fan started working again. The tech arrived about 10:50AM, told him it started working, but would like him to look at it and try to figure it out anyway. Figured it would eventually die again. His first guess was the fan relay, but checked the thermostat--good. He then changed out the relay, blew out the dust and also checked our house heater. He cleaned the heat sensor on the house heater and offered to clean the out the house heater. We declined that, as it was pretty simple to do ourselves. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable.

They are fast and efficient. They treat women fairly and do not condescend. I had a bad experience with another plumber before. I would definitely use anyone who treats me as an equal again.

I called them at 2am and they came right away. He called the manufacturer when there was something he didn't know and he figured it out.

Great service. 20 minutes after we called he was here and working. We had a pin p**** leak in the hot water pipe leading from our hot water heater. Due to the location of the pipe we were unable unable to get even plumbers tape around it for emergency repairs.Efficient, neat, friendly and reasonably priced.

I emailed the company my problem and less than an hour later they called to verify the problem and told us that they could send someone our way within the hour. Wow, that was very quick. When they got here. We told them the problem and they got the equipment they had. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix the problem with the equipment they had in their van so they had to take a trip back to their center for the right equipment (on our dime, of course). They got everything fixed and reassembled back. It just took a bit longer than I expected seeing as how I had already prepared the work area. The work seem to take about three hours. I would have given them and A grade if they would have came with the proper equipment instead of billing us 3 hours for a 25 minute job when they finally did get the right equipment. All in all, I am happy with their service, I just wish they would have been a little quicker about fixing it, but I suppose that is the way it goes with most service industries that bill by the hour.

Coordinated an earlier work appointment. Arrived with the water heater and were able to drain, turn off water, installed and get it all up and running the same afternoon. they also arranged for the inspection and sent us a follow up thank you note. Terrific doing business with them.

They came the same day I called, even though it was not an emergency. They arrived at the time they said they would and completed the work in a neat and timely fashion. The actual cost was very close to what the phone estimate had been. Chad also completed some extra work that he noticed needed done, like replacing the auto valves on the furnace and draining the air out of the system.

I recently bought a home where the home inspector noticed that the condensate trap was leaking. This furnace (under the previous home owners') was maintained by another company but I decided to give Anchorage Plumbing and Heating a try based on Angie's List reviews. I am glad I did. The technician Charlie is really good and very thorough. He checked things to be sure everything is working, and that's how he found that the flue was just sitting on top of the furnace. He fixed the issue. I was so happy with the service that I gave the technician a tip which I only reserve for A+ service. I am keeping my furnace maintenance with Anchorage Plumbing and Heating from now on.

i called in with a leaking pipe, Eric took my call and i requested they show up around 11am, he said will between 11-1 work, which was fine. He stated they would call before dispatching a tech. Which he did around 11:30. The technichian Charie showed up promptly and fixed my pipe very fast, he was very knowledgable, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend them and if i need any further plumbing needs, they have my business for sure!! Vinnie
