Poorly
POrch collapsed and roof leaksed from excessive ice daming

Don't try to fix the problem yourself
Had a running battel to get a permit from the MOA which lasted about 7 months. I finally prevailed.
By the time it was raining non-stop so I jumped togetting the problem fixed (neglected to notify Allstate)
They denied the claim due to late filing.
They made no effort to be cooperative or work with me, despite the adjuster telling me up from that some of the damage appeared coverable.
I think he was overruled by Cindi Adams the Claims manager in Oregon.
Long story short Drop Allstate!
