  Amazing service! Kirill was on time, great price and did all of the work the same day. Really really impressed with how quickly he worked to get everything done, and with such high quality. I would absolutely hire this company again, and in fact I plan on having them out again soon to install some more equipment for me! Can not recommend more. Fantastic workshow more

  Just awesome. Thursday night we discovered that our DirecTv wasn't working due to the noted removal and reinstall of the dish. I called DirecTv about a realign and they couldn't come out for almost two weeks. That wasn't going to work. I found Expert Satellite Systems on Angie's List. I called Friday morning and my call was answered immediately. Krill said he could fix the dish and come the same day. He estimated 1 PM and said he would call before. Called back at ~10:30 and said he would be there at 11:30. Arrived on time give or take a few minutes. He checked out the dishes -- we have two -- then got on the roof and fixed using a signal meter. Didn't even have to come into the house. Then verified the receivers in the house were working and I was happy with everything. Only downside was the service was a bit pricy for even if you figure an hour of commute time on top of 30 minutes for the service. But given he was able to solve our problem, that's OK. I hope to not need this service again but would recommend him to othersshow more

  FANTASTIC!!!!!! Check my other reviews, you'll see I can be a harsh critic at times (in other words, I'm no shill) - the work he provided was fantastic. Made a couple of simple recommendations that improved our cable signal and the routing of the cables. Showed up promptly, was courteous and extremely professional, and took what's been a real hassle and fixed it within an hour. Wish I'd called him 2 years ago. I also showed him some issues I've been having with my high-speed router and wifi signals throughout the house. I'd previously had someone I found through Angies' List come out and help me set it up, and it's only worked ok. He mentioned a couple of ideas to create a better system that I am really excited to have him come back and install, and now that he's suggested it I cannot believe I didn't think of doing something like that years ago. Simple but extremely effective (and COST EFFECTIVE!) solutions to my cable and - in near future - my internet & wifi problems. Cannot recommend highly enoughshow more

  Kirill and his installation assistant were so very professional, efficient, and timely that I'm compelled to write a comprehensive review, even though I don't normally take the time to do so. At the start of the installation, they checked all the options available for the dish & receiver's requirements, and gave me several options to choose from, with the pro's & con's of each (and any additional labor involved). Although a powered Slimline install would give me the most flexibility, he also explained the 10-year-old existing coax wouldn't be sufficient, and quickly & efficiently replaced the wiring in my crawlspace with new cabling. He ensured cables still requiring to be on Comcast were left alone, and checked the connections to those as well, and finally stayed to ensure all receivers were setup & configured correctly. They even identified 1 of my crawlspace ducts in a far corner not well mounted ... very thoughtful! When I checked the crawlspace & dish installation afterwards, it was though he was never there, with no wiring remnants left behind, the door & cover properly replaced, and the fence was locked ... so many repair-people don't do these little things to make us customers happy! In summary, Kirill is an outstanding businessman & installer that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend & call again for satellite & cable installationsshow more

  The inside mount option was no longer sufficient to capture a strong signal so he initially mounted it on the side of the house a few months back. While this installation was better than the interior solution provided by Sirius XM, over time it was a little frustrating as the signal was very weather dependent. Kiril came back out this week, credited me for the initial time worked on the installation and moved the antenna to the roof where the signal is strong and consistent, even in the pouring rain (while he was on the roof, unfortunately!). I was pleasantly surprised by this professional courtesy and very appreciative. I would definitely call him again for AV modificationsshow more

  I called Kirill on Monday and he was able to come out on Tuesday. He didn't just come out and install the antenna and leave. He could have, but, instead he advised me on how the best configuration of my new TV viewing and internet options. Kirill also provided me with flexible options for the future should I decide to back to cable. He labeled all the wires and outlets so I wouldn't have to guess if the outlet was antenna or cable.   He answered my original email promptly and arranged a time to meet soon thereafter. He was very professional, courteous and pleasant to work with in every encounter, whether email or phone. He had great follow-through -- when he said he would look into something, he did. The work he did looked nice -- little details like matching the cable to the color of the wall behind it -- and he cleaned up everything afterwards like he'd never been there. He moved a cabinet with obvious care and attention, and moved it back to its original spot. We work at home, so he was careful to tell us when our Internet service might need to go down, for how long, and then restored it quickly. He showed us how to use our new machines, the overall (Comcast) remote as well as how/when to use the other remotes (everyday watching uses just the one Comcast remote; playing music or watching a dvd uses others ). Everything works so well now and the tv and sound are quite amazing. Kirill is one of the best service people we've dealt with and we are very glad to have found him on Angie's Listshow more

  Fantastic. My main computer went from around 120mB to well over 200 by having a wired connection rather than the wireless I've been using for years. He also noticed went under the house that I had a number of disconnected heating ducts that were actually now just vents to draw in cold air, so noticing that and suggesting a quick fix will probably save me many multiples per year in energy costs over what I spent to have him clean up & improve me whole-house Ethernet. He even thought enough to pull a cable port into a room where I will eventually need it, but I han not asked about having him do that while he was installing a wired ethernet port. Having him think about that and do it without my even asking will mean I don't have to pay him to come back and do that in the futureshow more
