"They followed up quickly to do an inspection to see if we had a water leak. It turns out that the leak was likely repaired by the pool guy, but we didn't know it at the time. When American Leak Detection came out and couldn't find anything further wrong, they gave me good advice on how to see if additional leakage might be occurring from the pool. The "bucket test" they call it, which I will do. But at any rate, they came by, checked it all out, gave me advice and moved on. No charge.

"Joe arrived on time and everything continued on a uphill path from there. We recently purchased a 156 year old concert grand piano which had not be tuned for a very long time. Joe assessed and the condition of the piano and gave us a quick history lesson on the piano and its origin. He ran into a few challenges with tuning the piano because of the age of the instrument. However, he met them head on and was successful and overcoming every obstacle. After tuning the piano to near perfect pitch, he explained the care and treatment we should implement to get the best from the remaining years. He complimented us on the extraordinary craftsmanship and condition and value of the piano which made my husband and I even happier with our purchase. Joe is truly and expert at what he does.

"I took it in on 7/2/12 to be repaired.&nbsp; I was told they would call me when it was done.&nbsp; 7 days later, I called them.&nbsp; The person on the phone said it had been repaired the previous week.&nbsp; They never phoned.&nbsp;&nbsp; <br /> I&nbsp; went to pick it up.&nbsp; The socket had been changed, but the harp was still bent.&nbsp; The man who assisted me, told me I could bend that back myself.&nbsp; $72.97 and I have to bend it back!&nbsp; They could have put in a new harp and socket&nbsp;for what they charged. <br /> I agreed to the price, because I like the lamp.&nbsp; The price was too hight for approximately 10-15 minutes worth of work that was incomplete.
