"The crew of two came n took their time getting my very dirty house cleaned. They didn't mess around They wanted to do a great job n accomplished it. They moved all my plant containers, tile boxes etc. I had, against the wall. When they finished, they put all my stuff back in its place. My house looks brand new, though its very old. "Torres Construction LLC was referred by a neighbor here in Port St. Joe Beach, Fl. After contacting Mr. Torres a meeting time was set for the following day. Mr. Torres arrived promptly, he was courteous and he came prepared to discuss the outdoor patio shower. First, he listened to our ideas and answered our questions regarding the design and materials available. He then showed pictures of outside showers he had constructed in our area and guided us on the preferred materials for a beach area. After deciding the type shower we liked, he then prepared a quite reasonable and acceptable estimate. Surprisingly, he was prepared to begin the project the next day. The quality and craftsmanship in the finished shower were excellent. In fact, his company will now begin on our kitchen renovation and interior painting projects. "The roofers that they hired were sloppy and then to top it off, their roof did not pass inspection from the city. They came back to fix the problem only after I had to call the Independent Contractor that I signed up with that contracts out to them so many times during this project. Then the roofer came back never rung the doorbell got into the garage without permission and left his very expensive truck running without him in it to get on our roof without permission. Be very careful of this company in which they are not that professional in their customer service. The office manager will talk over you and the owner doesn't return phone calls on time.show more

"After researching various products and getting quotes from several different contractors, my husband and I purchased an underdeck ceiling kit from Magnolia Outdoor Living. We chose the 4 beaded panel in white. While we are not contractors, we have completed a number of renovation projects at our house, so we felt confident that we could install the underdeck ceiling ourselves. The staff at Magnolia were wonderful to work with and helped us design a ceiling kit that worked best with the layout of our house. The ceiling kit was personally delivered to our home and we received assistance in marking the initial level points under the deck (1st step in the project). While it took working several weekends to complete the project, we are extremely happy with the end result. The staff at Magnolia were very helpful in answering our questions throughout the project. Magnolia's online instructional video that demonstrates installation of the ceiling kit was extremely helpful. If you follow the instructions in the video, the ceiling kit is actually fairly easy to install. Our deck was large (13'x42') with several angles, so it took a bit longer to complete the project. The underdeck ceiling is beautiful and we're happy that we saved a ton of $$$ by installing it ourselves. We love our new outdoor living area and are now using it everyday.
