The guys that performed the work were great and knowledgeable in the business. They answered all of our questions and concerns prior to any work being performed. Once they started, they found problems that needed to be fixed. There were several times that they didn't have the parts they needed and had to go back to the shop. They also had to order a part, then work around our schedule to come back and finish the job. This caused delays and moved the completion date two weeks farther out. There were some wiring issues and concerns, that caused yet another trip out and several hours to diagnose and resolve. In all fairness, this was an extremely difficult project. Other than these few glitches, everything turned out good in the long run.
