He came and checked around and said my son was doing as much as he could do. Gave us some advice. Did not charge anything. Very nice. Will use them again.

Cons: Extremely unreliable, Took months but was promised weeks due to lack of workers, left pipes uncovered, concrete pad substandard, hit my barbecue grill with a backhoe never offered compensation, poured leftover concrete at the end of my yard. Steps replaced with plywood that one could fall through. Without hot water for a week or two because of poor troubleshooting. Sump-pump connected to electric with an extension cord. Took pictures, said they would come back, NEVER did!!! Pros: new drainage grate and sump-pump helped water problem in driveway. Over-all TERRIBLE experience, extremely high price, the worst service ever!!!

Speedy response. Professional service. Service person not have caulking to complete job. I supplied that, but received no deduction to the cost of the service.

Alford had waterproofed my basement 2 years ago & I've been very pleased with that project. This time, a mouse had gotten in thru an open garage door when weather started getting cold, and had found a hole in a cinder block wall and had babies! I had already trapped and killed 5 before calling Alford. The rep was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, etc. He quoted me a price which was very reasonable but I decided to wait & see...it's been 6 days since last one killed & I still have traps set throughout the house but if I have any further issues, I would not hesitate to call Alford!

Service Tech provided quality work and was careful around the home. No pests have been found one day after the treatment. Probably will continue with Alford Home Solutions for Pest control on an annual basis with or without the sign of pests.

The crew worked very hard and completed the work sooner than expected. I would recommend that you have them check the equipment and give you an overview of the operation. We couldn’t have asked for nicer workers.

I hired Alford Home Solutions to build a Sunroom on my Home . Before the Project got started the salesman went over all my options and helped me to choose the best design for what I wanted. The work Crew got started right away, They all conducted themselves in a very Professional Manner and kept me informed each step of the way about the Building Process. A few small problems came up along the way but were quickly Made right by the Company . These Guys were Great !!!! I would recommend them to do any Project I had . The installer,Kevin, was excellent. He kept me informed every step of the way. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and capable. He was the best part of dealing with this company.
