DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! First off the guy that came out to begin with wouldn’t even give me a quote because he said, “there wasn’t any damage to my roof” meanwhile I had wet interior walls that would prove that wrong. The adjuster came determined I indeed needed a new roof so because I was good friends with a guy who had just started working for these people I gave them a shot at doing my roof (I was also warned by the adjuster about design roofing). Fast forward to the install, a group of Mexican roofers show up to my house, relieving themselves all over my backyard (they could have used my bathroom had they asked or even knew how to speak English) threw up some shingles and were out of here. First rain we got I’m sitting in my living room and I hear drip drip drip drip and go into my attic and there is water dripping from 3 different area in my attic, one I could get to and 2 were where I couldn’t but water was everywhere. They had to send the crew of Mexicans out a second time to do what should have been done the first time. They got up there with black caulk and probably put a bandaid on a problem I’ll be dealing with further down the line. A few weeks later we get a storm and the flashing comes off my garage!!! I spoke to my guy I knew personally that worked there and he assured me 2 times he would be there the next day over the next two weeks (nobody ever showed) and the owner Brent promised me he’d show up once (never happened) it wasn’t until my wife made a post on Facebook that mysteriously my roof was important to them again. Moral of the story is listen to the insurance adjuster even if your friend has been weaseled into working for a horrible company such as this!!!! Wish there was a way to give ZERO stars ****also**** Was threatened to remove this by the owner, or he was going to take to social media about me. Grown man acting like a child. These people have no business doing work of any kind on anyone’s house BEWARE!!

Their sales rep came out and inspected the house (slate roof). He provided me with a quote which I accepted and we signed a contract. During the following weeks, I had a brick mason do some urgent work on a chimney. The mason said they would need to get on the roof which would damage the slate tiles. I said not to worry since I had a contract for a new roof to be completed in a few weeks. After the masons left, Design Roofing had the shingles and other materials delivered. On the following Monday the crew showed up. They took one look at the roof, said it was too steep, and left. A few hours later a truck arrived and removed the shingles. They basically tore up the contract and told me "tough luck." Design Roofing left me in a terrible lurch. I have a damaged roof that will leak and a very narrow time frame to try and find another roofer before winter sets in. I am looking at the possibility of serious water damage all due to their failure to honor their promise and abide by the contract. If the roof was too steep (it's NOT), why did their sale rep give me a quote. I had other roofers provides quotes as well, and none of them said the roof was too steep. STAY AWAY FROM DESIGN ROOFING!! If they will not honor a written contract, you can be certain they will not honor any warranty they promise!

It went great. He was here exactly when promised. He took only 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable. He seemed very knowledgeable. From what I can see from the ground the work was well done.

It went great they were finished in 2/ 1/2 hrs they cleaned everything up you could not tell they were here. Very professional

when I sold my home, less than one year later, the home inspector found locations on the roof where the quality of work was substandard. One of these reportedly cause a leak which required extensive repairs. I called Design Roofing three times and couldn't even get a return call. I am not certain whether the remediation is the fault of Design Roofing. I couldn't get them to go look at the roof repair so I never got their response as to the root of the problem.

Tedd tensely was there with his crew started at 7 am had job complete by 11:30 am this included re module of all deprive very pleasant.

Mr. Townsend was able to negotiate with the shingle manufacturer and get a greatly reduced price on the materials for our roofing job, for which I am eternally grateful. That's where my gratitude ends. Asked for white drip edge and had it written into the contract to got with the new siding and soffit and fascia that we are having installed next month...it was delivered with the materials, and never installed. The old drip (Almond) remains. The "ice and water underlayment", don't look at the nice brochures they have in their offices. The will install aluminum in the valleys, not what is called for by the manufacturer of the shingle. The flashing on the chimney, very poor workmanship. The lower section of roof is visible from the upstairs and there is a large amount of nails and other debris from the installation and gutters on the back of the house are now stopped up and the owner is refusing to call me back to discuss any of these issues. I have so far left three messages. No call backs yet!
