CENTRAL HEATING & AIR COND

Description of Work: Almost 2 months ago my AC went out, so I talked to my neighbor and he said the unit was still under warranty and gave me the name of the company that installed the units. (Central Heating & Cooling). I called them and a few days later a Tech by the name of Mark came buy and he looked at the unit. After 10 minutes he told me it was a bad capacitor, replaced it and the unit started working. He then told me the parts were no longer under warranty but he would cover the capacitor and charged me 79 dollars for the service call. I had no problem with that because my AC was working. Unfortunately, 3 hours later the AC quit working and the added symptom emerged that it was now tripping the circuit breaker. I called Mark a couple times but after not receiving an answer I took a look at the capacitor he replaced. the new capacitor was smaller and did not fit in the bracket meant for it and was left dangling against the metal bracket and may have shorted causing the new problem. I took video of the work just in case I would need it at a later date. Mark finally got back to me and he came by to take a look. He said it could be a fan or a board and ordered both parts and came by the next day to replace them. He and associate replaced the parts but the problem did go away, and after about an hour of trying different things he told me that they would have to get the boss involved because he couldn't figure out the problem. I never heard from him again, and I did not call back because I felt he was not a competent service technician and did not want to risk him causing further damage. * I finally got someone qualified to look at the unit, and in roughly 5 minutes he figured out it was a bad compressor.
