Excellent. Done totally professional, weather tight was the word ( i had an OLD house), great finishing job and very clean. Needed small adjustment to screen and they responded immediately.

They were prompt, friendly and efficient. The work was done to my satisfaction. The old patio door was removed and they also took my old blinds and cornice. It was like having friends over to do the work.

Everything went very well, extremely pleased with the whole project.

It went very smooth. The sales rep. wasn't pushy, like the other company that came to give an estimate, and answered all my questions. The installers did a great job and finished earlier then what was estimated. Love the new look on the inside. They did a great job matching the outside to look like the other condo which is a requirement. It's great product.

We received multiple sales pitches from several different companies after attending our local Home and Garden Show. The salesman had been a professional installer so he knew what he was talking about and did not just try to talk us into the most expensive thing. His experience is what distinguished him from the other companies that did their "pitch" with us. He wasn't just a salesman who learned about windows---he was a window professional who understood our needs and could offer the best solutions. He was thorough in explaining the functions of the various choices we had to make without the jargon. By the time he was done, our choice was a no-brainer and we felt secure in our decision. No second guessing. We accomplished our goals including making sure our windows complied with the condo association rules. A measuring/installation guy came a week or so later to verify the salesman's measurements and tell us what to expect on install day. Good thing he did because there was a question about replacing the existing sill or not and we were able to get the perfect solution lined up so there would be no hassle on install day. The actual day of installation was fun. Guys were on time and friendly (funny actually) They were careful to keep the work area clean and keep debris picked up. Then of course---"window lessons" so we'd know exactly how they operate and how to clean them. Also a refresher on the warranty issues that might arise and how easy it would be to get service if necessary. All in all, a great experience and we are very pleased with the quality of these windows and the professionalism of the company. We plan on replacing the rest of our windows in the near future.

The sales guys were very nice. They went through every aspect of the project in great detail. At times they seemed a bit pushy with a rebuttal for every hesitation. The jobs were completed professionally. The installers were prompt and efficient. They took the tìme to explain things and answer my questions. The cost of both projects were very high. However I had work done on my other home and they did a FABULOUS job and that's why I hired them again.

Outstanding! We bought the higher quality roof because of the wind damage that we got with the angles of our roof. We have not had any problelms since they put the new roof on. The workers were on time, worked with the weather reports so that our wood was never exposed to the elements. Clean up was outstanding. I think we found only 6 nails from a roof that covered over 3000 Sq. ft. home. When working they protected our wood siding plus plants surrounding the home. This roof is guaranted for 50 years and the warranty travels to the new owers if we sell, plus weather tight will come out free twice a year if we have any concerns. We will be contacting this company again as other problems arise.

We had new windows installed, a new steel roof and both the front and back doors replaced. The workers were on time and did an excellent job on everything that we had done. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a professional job done.

Job went well. Clean-up was great. No major concerns but did call and Todd came out to the house to address questions. Pretty much satisfied with explanation. The color of the vinyl was a bit lighter than I expected. We have had two separate jobs done by Weather Tight so we did call them back which says a lot.

The door is absolutely great in every way possible. Looks great and the security of the triple locks is great. Installer was very professional. He took the time to make sure the floor was protected and because it was winter when I had it replaced, he installed floor to ceiling plastic protection so the cold air wouldn't enter the house. His perfectionist work really shows.

We had a terrible experience with WeatherTight. They promised in the sales pitch that they are more expensive but it would be worth it. The first sales person called and cancelled our meeting just before he was due to arrive at the house. My husband was taking off especially for the visit. We ended up going with their services. They told us gutter people would be there a certain day. They never came. Roofers came and put the roof before the gutters came so when the gutter team came they pulled up the roof edges and we had to have the roofers come back. It took several calls over several months to get them to come back even though a manager from WT said they agreed with us and it needed to be fixed. Overall painful experience. I would not use them again or recommend them.

Not good, had to replace the door to the deck 3 times before it was right. The door kept warping, the manufactures rep came out the 1st time and took full responsibility for the bad door, second door was ordered same thing happened, the third door was installed and so far everything is fine. The utility door from the garage was starting to rot on the bottom this was also replaced. A few good words to be said is that the Weather Tight staff both the installers and customer service were nothing but professional. Kudos to Paul your installer he was the best and knew what he was doing. I really don't know if I would use Weather Tight again.

From first contact trough completion of project every person at Weather Tight was polite, patient, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Our install team did an outstanding job. The job site was kept clean and orderly and left the same. The window looks outstanding, we are more than pleased with the product and experience we had with Weather Tight.

Extremely satisfied with the work. The crew worked together to finish the job in one day. They got along great with each other. No mess was left.

I recently had windows installed in three rooms in my home and am extremely happy with the qualify of their product, the professional installation, and the professional staff throughout the agency. Robert & Sabin were so polite, professional and informative during the installation, as were Tim & Justin B who assisted on the 2nd day, as was the sales rep who originally came out to the house! I've had windows installed in various rooms from WeatherTight 9 or 10 years ago and I still love them. WeatherTight stands behind their products and their warranties - I highly recommend them!!

Tried to schedule an appointment for next week and I said I could only do 2 hrs they would not schedule me. I had to clear my whole afternoon or no meeting. i have kids to pick up... wow...

Installation went fine, installers very nice, explained a few things. Ran into some issues that were taken care of promptly.

The windows were expensive but well made. In general the service was very good.

Quoting: Original quoting was done ~9 months before actual work due to other priorities coming up on my end. Were very patient and were never pushy. Jeff came out for the quoting process and always took his time to listen to what we wanted followed by what our options were. I do wish they were a little more open about the itemization pricing, but this was not Jeff's fault. Replacement: All employees were extremely respectful and were very diligent in their work. When time was getting late, they did not hesitate to call for back-up to make sure the work was done on time! Service: After installation, we noticed that there were two small cracks in one of the large bay windows. Weather Tight service was called in the morning and a new custom window order was put in process. A tracker email was sent to us every Sunday to ensure we knew where they were in the process. The replacement window took about 45 minutes to replace and upon installation the employee saw a scratch on the middle pane and said he would have a new one ordered. I didn't have to make any calls and a new window was installed again with zero effort on my part. Overall a very good experience and I have to complement the craftsmanship on the trim put up around the windows and door! Excellent work, you get what you pay for.

The install went great. No issues and was done quickly. It took a while for the windows to be manufactured etc. The price was higher than other comparable windows but we decided to go with weather tight because of their warranty and track record. Had a few communication issues with our salesman and between the install coordinator and install team but nothing that led to any problems.

I liked everything about them. The only thing I objected to is that in the initial sales call they pull this thing where they say if you sign today you get the door for such an amount and if not it goes up. I told them I object to that process. On the other hand one of the owners came out and gave me a lower cost. The work is warrantied for life. The installation was really good and the product was really good. They are not cheap but I did not want cheap. I wanted the highest quality for the lowest price and that is what I got.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work, and how the entire process went. Their Operations Manager has implemented an automated progress notice system so you can track where the project is. Saves time for the people at the company, and keeps the customer informed. All the employees I dealt with were very professional. And after the work was completed, I couldn't tell someone had been working on my house - there wasn't any mess! I will definitely recommend them
