I had asked Chris to return a few time to discuss different issues that we had questions about. Chris was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Chris was sensitive to my preferences for follow up and questions about lead time. The installation team (the Amish guys - I apologize as I cannot remember their names) arrived and introduced themselves and checked everything from where to park so not to inconvenience us to taking off their shoes. The guys explained what they needed to do and verified the part of the house where we would like them to start. We have a precious family member that is an awesome military macaw and the guys were really comfortable to work with me while I moved the bird from one room to another while they installed the windows. Summary: In short the installation was flawless and the work is excellent quality. - The guys removed and replaced the blinds and curtains fixtures as they went. - The replacement trim around the windows was color matched to the other wood stain in the house. - The guys cleaned up after themselves, took away the old windows and debris both outside the house and inside. - Floors and sills around each window and the door was vacuumed. - Chris came to check in on the progress and check with me every day of the install. We are delighted with the quality of the work and the product and I would use Chris and the team again. I recommend Jordan Exteriors to you as a company that provides excellent service and really good value for money.

We have worked with Chris Jordan before so when I knew we needed some work done on the exterior or our home...I called Jordan exteriors. Chris gives you a quote and sticks with it. He is very professional and makes sure that you are happy with the results. His crew is friendly and they have never leave any debris or mess behind. Work is done in a timely manner and Chris is easy to get in touch with. We highly recommended Jordan Exteriors. I wish we would have know about Chris 5 years ago!!

We chose to go with Jordan Exteriors after reading reviews on Angies List, reviewing bids from two other companies, and meeting with the owner of the company, Chris Jordan. His bid was the most competitive, but his professionalism and responsiveness (combined with the reassurance we got from reading other Angie's List reviews) is what convinced us to go with him. Our home needed (still needs!) a lot of work, and we've met with a lot of different contractors and service providers. Chris Jordan has probably been the most helpful and responsive of any of them. Everything went exactly as he said it would go. He made sure we understood the process, how long it would take, what the windows would look like, what features they would have, and what our options were. He even invited us to his home to see his windows. He was always punctual and professional. The crew that installed the windows is Amish and are led by a guy named J.R., who was super polite and efficient. We hardly knew the crew had been in our house, except we had new windows! It took 3-4 weeks to get our windows installed from the time we ordered them. The job took a day and half to complete. Chris Jordan is the kind of guy that if anything did go wrong, he would make it right. Not that anything will go wrong. We had a very minor labeling problem on the windows, and he was totally on top of it and made sure we knew about it and got a letter from the window company clarifying the matter. It certainly would give us peace of mind when using his services again, knowing that nothing is likely to go wrong, but Chris will fix it if it does. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jordan Exteriors for windows, and we wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for anything else we might need (siding, roofing).

I couldn't be happier with my new windows or the experience working with Jordon Exteriors. I took my time and got quotes from 4 other local window companies and nobody came close to their prices on triple panes. They showed up on time and installed all the windows (16) in one day, and the windows look and work amazing! I would highly recommend Jordon Exteriors to anyone reading this, they will exceed all expectations

Dan installed the 10 windows in about 6 hours. Very friendly guys. Cleaned up well at end of job. I'd hire them again.

I emailed to request an estimate and they responded promptly.The estimate was completed with in days and was satisfactory when compared to other estimates I requested.I signed the contract and the siding was ordered.The day the siding was delivered they began work. The staff were all very friendly, professional and knowledgable.The job was completed on time and I was very happy with the workmanship.They were willing and able to also complete an additional unexpected repair.Chris and Arturo were both very focused on providing good customer service and checked with me to be sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. They were easy and pleasant to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Chris was very professional and always returned my calls right away. We arranged for the install to happen while I was at work and when I got home it was finished! I couldn't even tell anyone had been there except for my beautiful new windows.

Chris came to do the estimate and was very prompt and helpful. The estimate for the living room windows was similar to other estimates but the estimate for the garden window was considerably less and since the windows are guaranteed I was comfortable using them. The men doing the installation were quick and thorough. They had to work over my rock garden and they were very careful not to damage my flowers. They also cleaned up completely at the end. The garden window is beautiful. I highly recomend this company!

Chris and his Amish installers got there at 7:30 in the morning and had the job done by 3:00. JR and his crew are very good at what they do. When the job was done everything was cleaned up inside and out. I would use them again. I just had Chris do a bid for the roof and he came in 2500 less than the next roofer did. He will always get my work from now on.

Chris has been out to our home to provide estimates on siding & window replacement. He’s the one that deals with our insurance company which makes it easier for us. They’re a wonderful company to work with.

They did a beautiful job on the windows, absolute gorgeous finishing. There was no complains what so ever. I was not home when they did it. I was little disappointed that they came when I was on vacation. However, they did an awesome job and that was what really counts, exactly as put it on the price and the craftsmanship was outstanding. I thought their price was very good. In terms of responsiveness, they were pretty responsiveness and pretty fast. In terms of professionalism, for the actual workers I would give an “A”, I was not there, my neighbor came over and checked on things and she said they were very good. I had a few issues with Jordan, only because of memory things like he just forgot that he worked at the wrong window, which was no big deal, it was only minor thing. He did take care of them and did not charge me anymore. However, I think it would help him if he wrote things down instead of trying to do it from memory. I think he could go back to write things down if he forgets. That was my only complain. I would use his services again in the future if needed.

We've needed new windows since we bought our house 3 years ago. We had two large windows that had cracked seals and foggy and generally there were drafts everywhere. A friend from work suggested this company and reading the Angie's List reviews I knew that no other company would be comparable for service, quality and price Called Chris to give us a quote and he got back to us with the quote that same night via email. Included in the quote where materials for replacing the wood trim outside with vinyl so we would no longer have to paint anything ( house is brick) We were originally going to replace the basement windows as well we decided to save them for later because of future plans. We accepted the revised quote and they took exactly the amount of time mentioned to make our windows ( about a month) Amish craftsmen came and took out our old windows and replaced them all in a 4 hour span! I knew our house would be brighter but it really is amazing what new windows can do. Since all of the windows are built to spec I don't need to shop for new window treatments I can use the same blinds which is awesome although I'm thinking the blinds will be up most of the time anyhow. It is so exciting to be able to actually see out of our clear windows and be able to maintain then so easily!. As Chris also mentioned when he was hear that we wouldn't be able to hear as much outside noise and he really is right. We couldn't have picked a better product or company to replace our windows!

We can't say enough good things about Chris Jordan and his crew of Amish workmen. From the initial phone call to the completion of the project they were very professional, clean, fast yet very thorough. Chris was available at every turn to explain the process and was on site for much of the time. The work itself is detailed and expertly installed. The overall visual effect it made on the building is stunning!

Chris Jordan and his crew were extraordinarily professional , honest, and accommodating. Highlights include the following: - The Amish work crew was hard-working and meticulous. Note: On what should have been their final day, they worked non-stop for over 12 hours! - Chris paid his crew a bonus for their extraordinary efforts ( with no addtional cost to us, although we couldn't resist offering a bonus of our own). -The reason the work spilled over to an additional morning was that we decided during the job that we wanted to have a shed sided to match the house.* - Chris offered to have the work crew spend the additional time needed to side the shed for the cost of the materials and their labor only. They not only installed new siding, but also added white trim details and tiny strips of siding on the shed door. - Chris also went out of his way to help us find replacement shutters. Since the shutters had to be ordered online, he then offered to install them after the rest of the job was completed - at no cost. - When a cable box was damaged during the siding removal, Chris mentioned it immediately and took care of professionally replacing it.

Highlights of our experience with Jordan Exteriors include the following: - Chris Jordan was professional,prompt, and patient in all of our communications, as well as being available outside standard working hours. -Chris and his business partner made several visits to confirm measurements and to demonstrate a sample window. - Chris brought wide-brimmed hats so that he and his crew could work in the rain to stay on schedule in installing the windows! -The Amish foreman and crew were diligent, efficient , and meticuloius. - When the work was finished, there was no evidence that the crew had been there other than gleaming new windows. In summary, we could not have been more pleased and impressed with the service provided by Jordan Exteriors!

It went great. Chris Jordon is very responsive. I received estimates from 3 places & chose him for price and his professionalism. He took about 15 minutes to assess our house (another group took over 1.5 hours which was too long). The windows were installed as promised. without a hitch. I am looking forward to having him install 3 more windows next year.

Chris Jordan is very knowledgeable and exceptionally service-oriented. He went out of his way to deal individually with every resident of our large condo complex, coordinating the replacement of skylights for all those residents who wished to have that done concurrently with the roofing. I will describe my own individual experience with the Jordan Company. Chris Jordan helped me identify the best cooling solution for a high cathedral ceiling room and loft, on the 2nd and 3rd floors respectively. The problem arose because the loft has only negligible space between its flat ceiling and the sloping apex/sides of the roof. With no attic space, an attic fan is simply not practicable. Chris came up with a creative solution: fitting the largest, ultra silent bathroom extractor fan into the loft ceiling and connect it through a flexible duct to a corresponding venting unit on the roof. Chris thought through every possible detail, sparing no time (he is extra generous with his time!) or effort to do the best possible job. I must say that this was all the more welcome since installing the extractor fan was not even included in the original roofing contract and because Chris didn't charge me a single penny for it! Essentially, he did me a favor for free, yet put as much zeal into it as if he had been paid royally. In conclusion, I couldn't have been more delighted: the fan works perfectly and very efficiently vents the space. I give the Jordan company my highest recommendation. Thank you, Chris, ever so much for your expertise and warm, personal touch!

The Jordan Window Company was reccommened to me by a friend. We called and booked an appointment, Chris Jordan came to our home to let us know what our options were and to measure our windows to give us a quote. I was amazed at how relaxed the experience was, there was no high pressure selling as you can find with other companies. Chris asked a few qualifying questions to see which window package was the right one for us. Once we had made our decision as to what type of window we wanted we had the quote the very next day. The quote was well within our budget and the window itself was far superior to others we had seen at a higher price. We made our decision to purchase our windows from The Jordan Window Company, our call was returned by Chris within 24 hours and the companies Armish installers installed them 31/2 weeks later. The installers did a wonderful job, they were neat, tidy, professional and paid great attention to detail. They cleaned up after themselves. Chris stopped by to do a final inspection when the job was completed and showed us how to operate the windows for cleaning. I would most certainly reccommend this company to anyone purchasing windows. Overall it was a great experience!

Mr Jordon did an excellent job going through the window choices based on energy savings, costs how long we planned on living in the house etc. He went through mid line through upper level windows and explained the difference in quality and efficiency to match our needs and price. We will do our next job with his company in a heartbeat.
