Great experience! Chris is responsive, punctual, professional, and honest. No sales gimmicks, no pressure. I got quotes from other vendors and his was the most reasonable and detailed. He answered all of my questions, and after reading all of his great reviews, I felt comfortable hiring him. His crew and subcontractors are professional and approachable. The work was completed in a timely manner, and I am impressed with the installation and quality of the new windows, doors and siding. My 1950's house needed a lot of TLC, and by all means this project required a significant investment. The windows and doors were original and in poor shape, the cedar siding was rotting. My house now looks great and the transformation has all of my neighbors talking! Most importantly, I feel safer and better prepared against the elements. I am pleased to recommend Jordan Exteriors. In terms of cost, quality, professionalism and timely installation, they can't be beat.

Chris was fantastic to work with! The five installers were wonderful hard working men. They were professional and respectful. They did a great job and then cleaned their work areas well. They do wash windows when done and our whole house looks so much better! I would recommend them highly! The cost was reasonable and we got their name from Angie's list and also a discount through the site. We did price checks and felt this company provided the best cost for a great product.

Chris and his team are excellent. First off, he is very prompt in responding to all our emails- really important to us. The sales process was zero pressure. He told us about the windows and what they would cost, without gimmicks, "special sales", etc. The install team was friendly, and most importantly, their workmanship is TOP NOTCH. There's a reason everyone gives them an A rating. Chris provided the best value by far, compared to about 6 other companies. There was a problem with the one window hardware after they left, but I was able to fix it myself. Chris would have come over to fix it if I couldn't. Otherwise our windows are AWESOME. Save yourself some time and just choose this company, you won't be sorry.

Chris and team did a great job on the windows. The sales process was not pushy. The installation process was prompt and on schedule. On the install day, team arrived on time and worked until the job was done (7:30 - 6pm in my case). Dan (installer) and team were courteous, meticulous, and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend.

Great! Chris was prompt and professional in all interactions. When he gave us the estimate, he was clear in what could be done to make it as affordable as possible for us. He gave options on window types along with their pros and cons and when we went for something other than the most expensive he rolled right with us and did't push at all to get us to spend more money. His work crew was also great. They were fast, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job! The siding trim matched our house siding so well that people walking past our home stopped to remark on it and on how nice the new windows look. These neighbors even came back for a second look and asked who was doing the work. We were happy to let them know about Chris.

THey even dropped materials off in advance so that I could stain the boards before they were installed. There was a minor miscommunication about two portions of the job, however he was very responsive in getting the issue resolved, and even did an extra part that he had not originally included in the estimate (equating to approximately 1/3 of the work) for just the cost of materials, and completed it the very next day. He even worked the schedule around a last minute request to complete the work outside of bat season. I highly recommend using this company, and would definitely hire them to do more work on my house.

It went great! Chris was out shortly after we contacted him to do the estimate. He explained what he was proposing and what the advantages of the windows he was recommending were. The price (including the Angie's List discount) was certainly a fair one, so we agreed to do it. He said the windows would take roughly a month to come in, which they did. We agreed on an installation day and the crew installed all six windows (including a sliding glass door) in one day. One of the windows arrived broken so it was reordered immediately and will be replaced as soon as it comes in. Overall, a very good experience. I would definitely recommend them highly!

We contacted three different companies to get bids on replacing our entire house full of windows (21 in total)- Not only was Chris Jordan's approach to measuring, pricing, communication so superior to the others, but the price was too! Instead of a 2 hour measure that included a sales pitch, he took about 15-20 minutes and emailed me a quote. Other companies wanted a 2 part meeting and insisted my husband be present.........And they were far more expensive for a lesser quality product. Chris Jordan was extremely prompt and friendly in answering all of my emails while deciding on a final style for the windows. His crew is fantastic! They were courteous, very hard working (finished 21 windows in one day!) and the work was superb. The windows have a lifetime warranty unlike other brands. The windows are gorgeous- So glad we went with Jordan Exteriors!

Jordan Exteriors was an exceptional company to work with. Chris was responsive to email and calls and quick to return either. Dan and his crew did a great job on the installation. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I was impressed by the combination of price, workmanship and quality of the product. I would highly recommend them!

It was superb and when I asked about some small adjustment they were back immediately and took care of it. They are wonderful to work with and they are very pleasant and courteous. They cleaned up and left no debris or anything. They apologized because they thought they did not clean it good enough as I would do. Their price was very reasonable and they were half the price of three other companies. They were just amazing. They ordered it and said it would take three weeks for it to come in. In three weeks they called and said they had it in. They asked when I would like it. We set the date, said what time they would be here and arrived 15 to 20 minutes ahead of time so that I could be prepared. They adjusted the door because my husband is handicapped. We always have a lot to do in the morning to get everything going because I take care of him and everything. They were very courteous and considerate of our time. They made it as convenient and painless as possible. They pulled the existing window and hauled it away. It was excellent service and you could not find fault with their effort. They had people working inside and out and they just did a great job. I could not be more pleased. My husband was very impressed when I said I thought the sill of the bay window would be white. It was wood and he said he would paint it for me and then proceeded to do exactly that. They went above and beyond what their contract obligations were. I have another project for them. They are efficient and make good on everything. You raise one question and they go out of their way to find a solution so that it works. It is very excellent work.

I had a sliding door in a very cold room and also had a small window that lost its seal and had begun to fog up. I looked for A rated providers and priced 3 of them. Jordan came in with the best price. I decided to get their top of the line sliding door for thermal efficiency for my particularly cold room. This was a triple pane sliding door with a special gas chosen for its insulating properties between the layers of gas. Jordan has installed that triple pane sliding door, also another sliding door (a more standard model) and a small window. I am really pleased at the quality of the sliding doors and the window. They seem very well built and attractive. The sliding doors slide easily but are very sturdy. The special thermal sliding door has made a difference. That room is warmer. The installation was very professional. In all, I could not be more pleased. Thank you Jordan!

I was very pleased with the job Chris and his team did on my soffit, fascia, and gutters. There was some initial confusion on correct measurements, mostly due to unclear communication from our side. However, Chris did everything he could to make sure were happy with the work. He went above and beyond for us, and I would absolutely recommend him for roofing or siding projects.

I called Chris Jordan for an estimate. He came out and did a free estimate. The estimate was extremely reasonable compared with all others we had called. Chris is fair and very honest. He ordered the windows which are of the best materials and constructed very well. The windows came in around 4 weeks later and he and his crew installed them within less than a day. Every time I contacted Chris with a question, he either answered his phone immediately or he called back shortly after. I am very happy with this company and would definitely use them again. He also told me about Rodriquez roofing who also did some work for me and was out to my home within 2 hours to do the work that I needed done immediately due to a leak. Very happy with this company. Beautiful service! Chris, Dan and their team were very accommodating and easy to deal with. They were prompt and responsive and the work quality is great. They completed all the work in 1.5 days (all other providers we consulted had estimated 3 days), and they cleaned all the dirt and mess caused in the installation process. They were professional and very respectful of our home.

I was replacing 23 total windows in two rental properties that were years past their best life, some of which couldn't open or close any more. Chris Jordan game me a quick estimate and I chose to hire him for the project due to his professionalism and the fact that he had the lowest quote. After I contacted him to hire him, he and his crew came back to get exact measurements. I paid 1/2 the cost up front and the windows were ordered. About two or three weeks later they came and remove the old windows and installed Simonton Assure series double pane glass with Argon gas. Additionally, they cladded the exterior edge of the windows, which really made the exterior of the building look nice. At one of the two rental properties, all windows were replaced except for one, but they still cladded the one window they didn't install to make it look the same as the others and did so without an additional charge. Due to the fact I had just purchased the rental properties, I actually missed three windows that were in common areas when Chris and his crew came to measure. Still, they came out again and did another measurement, and another install, keeping the prices in-line with the original order and didn't charge me any extra for the additional trips. Overall, I couldn't have been more pleased with the work that Chris Jordan and his crew did. I would definitely plan to contact him again if I needed any more windows installed at my rental properties, or in my own home.

The best home contractor we have ever dealt with. Chris was extremely responsive, professional and gave wonderful quality for a very reasonable price. There was no "hitch" to it as is often the case ( i.e. don't show up at specified time, change specs, problem with a supplier), I could go on and on. This was one time where we just got to relax and get beautiful new windows. Highly, highly recommend.

Chris and Dan came out on a saturday morning to quote us on the windows. They were right on time. There was no pressure or annoying sales tactics like i have experienced with other window installers. There also wasnt a 2 hour speech on why we needed to buy our windows from them. They were very friendly and easy to work with whenever we had questions. We are beyond satisfied with our window quality, look and cleanup the Jordan Crew did to our home. We highly recommend working with them again on any additional home improvements we may have...

I had 8 new windows installed at my house. The estimate process went smoothly. I even forgot about the first appointment unfortunately, but he was still willing to come back. After I agreed to the project. He and his installer came back for second measurements. 3 or so weeks later, the windows came in, and were installed. He had a three man crew install them. It only took about 3 or 4 hours including taking off and rehanging the blinds! They were extremely polite, professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. I would recommend using them!

The crew was very punctual and focused on their work. They worked from sun up to sun down to get the job done. They were professional and clearly knew what they were doing. They did an excellent job residing the house. Chris was on top of things and had everything timed perfectly for the dumpster and deliveries. Everything was like clockwork. Excellent job.

We were very impressed with not only the pricing but the quality of the installation of our windows. The team installing our windows was extremely conscientious. They went out of the way to ensure the site was left clean and that they disrupted our home as little as possible. Clearly, they have worked together as a team for a long time.
