We had this work done in February 2020. We were so happy with all aspects of the project that we hired Jordan Exteriors again in March 2021 to replace several more windows. The sales manager is helpful and thorough. The windows are of high quality and look great. Installers are professional and courteous. They're prompt, and they clean up when they're done. We will hire them again.

Dan had his crew of 4 at our house at 8am, on the morning of March 8th and we were ready for them. After unloading their equipment they started on the window removal process. 2 men working on the outside and 2 working on the inside. Those working on the inside wore masks at our request. No problem at all. They worked like a crew that had been doing new window installs for many years. Took a well deserved lunch break around noon for an hour and then were back at it. They finished everything just after 5pm. All the window coverings were reinstalled, all the window trim and new sills were replaced, nail holes filled in, floors cleaned up. One piece of siding had gotten damaged during the removal but Joe told me about it right away and had already found a supplier who could match the same color. 2 days later Dan came over with the new siding, only a small part needed replacement, and cut out the right size and installed it. He gave us the rest of the replacement siding to keep incase we should ever need it in the future. Everyone was polite, friendly and respectful. We would certainly call Jordan Xteriors again for any more work in the future.

Perfect. Sales and measuring was smooth and efficient, installation was impeccable and completed in one day. Workers showed up promptly in the morning, and they did an excellent job of cleaning up after putting the windows in, including vacuuming. Windows are energy efficient and function well, look beautiful inside and out. Our job included a huge deck window and that is especially impressive. I would recommend Jordan exteriors to anyone.

A great experience. We had never bought doors before, and they walked us through all the decisions we needed to make. Installation was quick but also well done. All communication (phone and email) was excellent—they were always very quick to follow up.

Jordan Exteriors were great! From the initial meet with Joe our sales rep, to installation with Dan and his crew, everything went so smoothly. We had the majority of the original windows replaced on the main level of our house and I was surprised that it only took them about two and half hours to replace all eight windows. One of our windows had a slight defect in the glass but fixing that was extremely easy and stress free. Their price was very reasonable, communication was fast, and we just love our new windows!

Joe is incredibly responsive and helpful. We got quotes from 3 different companies. Jordan Exteriors came and gave a no pressure quote after asking lots of good questions about our house and our budget. We had previously experienced a very high pressure sales pitch from another company, in which the sales representative stayed at our house for 3 hours!!! This was nothing like that. Joe is professional and knowledgable. He was able to get quick answers to all of our questions and give us straight forward prices and answers. On the day of the installation, the install guys were polite, quick, did quality work. One of our old windows was missing a bit of trim around the top (it was like that when we moved in). They were able to match and fill that spot really well. They did a great job and left the house tidy and clean. The next day I noticed a part of the outside trim on one window that seemed a little off. I emailed Joe and he sent the crew back out to fix it up. They were very kind and quick about the fix. They had me check it twice to make sure I was satisfied. The didn't nickel and dime us- there were no surprise fees or add on charges and the overall cost was very competitive. I was nervous about the windows themselves because I wasn't familiar with Okna. Our old house had high end Anderson windows (we didn't install them, they were already there), we ordered the base level Okna windows for this house. I could tell a difference in the quality compared to what I was used to with the high end windows, but these are still really nice windows. They have all of the function of the high end windows, they are super energy efficient, and they look so much better than the old ones did.
